Condo was dated looking , particularly bathroom. Needs fresh coat of paint in bath room as well as a good cleaning of baseboards , etc. Layout is poor with the only bathroom downstairs with bedroom upstairs. I have never seen that before. There was only 1 roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom, which thankfully we checked before we went to the store to make sure there was more. Never seen that before either. The location was great, and access to the beachh was perfect, pool was very nice, it I would not stay in this unit again.

The location is perfect. It is a super simple walk to the beach, and the view of the ocean is even better than I expected from the pictures. The unit itself needs some updates for sure, and while it wasn’t dirty by any means, it didn’t feel truly clean. The appliances in the kitchen are great, and it is very spacious! However, we were not aware that there isn’t a wall or door or anything upstairs so if our kids (6 and 8) were any older, we would have needed more privacy. For the location, you can’t beat the price. It’s perfect for a last minute long weekend getaway when you don’t want to spend a lot of money.

Great location but lacking in cleanliness


This condo is in the perfect location! Very close to the beach and an easy walk. Beach was a lot less crowded than the beaches we usually visit in Destin. If only the condo was nicer and a bit cleaner. The floor wasn’t clean and should have been swept/mopped prior to our visit (we did pay $100 cleaning fee). Tile was broken in spots and sharp on bare, sunburnt feet. Maybe it’s simply the age of the place? Condo also lacked supplies
 only 1/2 roll of toilet paper was stocked in the bathroom. No hand soap either. This rental would be fine for 2 people but too crowded for my family of 4. Bathroom was small and oddly placed at the front entrance of the building. The window coverings didn’t provide much privacy. (My husband said he could see my daughter on the toilet even with the blinds completely closed). My brother stayed on the 2nd floor and his condo was much nicer— more updated and cleaner than ours. I loved this area but wouldn’t stay in this room again.

Beachfront Beach II

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean when we arrived. The grounds of the property are meticulously maintained, and the pool area was nice. The property is nestled between two of the area’s dune lakes (we saw some deer grazing one morning). The unit was perfect for two people.

Great location and an excellent stay

The checkin process was great, had to call to get directions- but they were so nice and stayed on the phone until we got to the correct location! Much appreciated ! The place was cute, clean, great view and approximately 300 stars from the white sand and beautiful water. Would definatly stay there again!

4th of July fun!

All in all, ⭐⭐⭐⭐. The condo was seemingly clean. We had one little mishap, but they communicated well and we went on with our trip. We were excited to see there’s an in-house washer/dryer!! The location is our favorite!!

The unit could use a little TLC. More lighting (particularly the stairs since the bedroom is up and bathroom is down) and replace all non-functioning bulbs. Otherwise the pool and hot tub were great! Sufficient for our short stay.

We fell in love with Beachfront II - all photos are accurate and the pool/hot tub area is phenomenal. You get a slight view of the ocean and the walk to the beach is so easy. We loved being on the 3rd floor with the loft bedroom. We want to return again and again.

Seagrove beachfront 2 condo

Overall it was excellent. Our condo was on the 3rd floor but thankfully there was an elevator. We had a partial view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. This condo had a loft bedroom and bathroom was downstairs don’t eat a lot of watermelon before you go to bed lol.

Me and my boyfriend loved the location of our rental and how close it was to the beach. Our favorite part was definitely the pool/spa area. I do think our rental could have been a little more clean but it didn’t bother us. Overall it was a great stay!

Great place

Wonderful place and location. Very clean and well appointed. I loved the art throughout. Very easy walk to the beach. I had a 6 & 7 year old with me and they had no trouble walking to the beach on their own.The pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend, and will keep in mind for future trips to the area!

Great Stay

Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Our favorite part was the pool and hot tub area. Very nice. If I rent again I hope they have a unit that has a bathroom upstairs. We did not like the bedroom upstairs and the one bathroom located downstairs. Overall it was an enjoyable stay

Perfect and convenient

Everything was perfect , overlooking the pool,short walk to the beach . This condo had a view of the beach small distance but nice. Everything we needed.. had a wonderful trip.
