ABOUT THIS HOME: Every day feels like a holiday when you wake up in this newly remodeled cottage by the sea. Holiday House is located in the private gated beach-front community of Sunrise Beach, between Blue Mountain and Gulf Place. This lovely 3 bedroom coastal home is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. After your day in the sun, enjoy your evenings on the screened in porch. No need to leave the house to watch the sunsets; you can do that from the top floor loft. You'll be amazed by nature's beauty.
ABOUT THE AREA: Some of 30A's best restaurants are located within walking distance to the Holiday House. Walk to the famous oysters at Shunk Gulley or their beignet fries for watching the sun set. Blue Mountain Bakery and the Perfect Pig are great options to get your day started. After breakfast, hop on the bikes and explore 30A. There are 4 State Parks along this stretch of land and they are worth exploring. Their beaches are amazing too.
BEACH ACCESS: This lovely home has their own private beach access and it's just steps away. When you exit the home there is a pathway access in the corner to your left. You can take the stairs all the way down to the beautiful turquoise water and soft white sand! This home includes a beach set up of chairs and umbrella.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
