Recently updated 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this cottage provides views of the Gulf from the second floor and tower loft.

The first floor treats you to three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The first bedroom offers a full size bed and twin single bed with a private bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a full size bed with a twin single bed with a private bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Next is the master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom offering dual vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Off of the master is a screened porch with comfortable seating and access to the backyard. Additionally you will find a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The second floor of the home boasts beautiful views of the gulf and Seaside. The updated kitchen provides ample space for meal preparation with stainless steel appliances and countertop seating for 3 guests. The chic dining table provides seating for 6 guests. The open concept second floor flows into the living room and offers access to the wrap around balcony space.

The spiral staircase in the kitchen takes you to the tower/loft where you will be treated to stunning views of the Emerald Coast and Seaside Beaches. The loft is complete with a twin single and twin trundle bed.

*This unit is a main house and is being rented separately from the carriage house. The deck around the property is a shared space for access to accommodation. The grill area is a shared space, although separate grills are available for the main house and carriage house. Additional
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
