Introducing "Mint Julep," a spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom Bahamas unit that offers all the comforts and amenities you desire in a home away from home. The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring an inviting layout that overlooks the living and dining area. Equipped with a gas cooktop, an oversized fridge, and stainless steel appliances, it provides everything you need to prepare meals and entertain just as you would for your family and friends. The open living and dining areas boast 10' ceilings, ample windows, and custom-made furnishings that create a delightful atmosphere for relaxation. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. - Walton Dunes: Situated approximately 2 miles west at the end of Beachfront Trail, this Walton County beach access provides parking and is a short distance to the beach.

Panama vacation

Our stay was very nice. The complex was well manicured. The check-in was very easy. They do need to add some more pots and pans and more towels. The golf cart ran well stores and restaurants around were very nice. I would recommend this location.

Mint Julep was a beautiful place to stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The community pool was and useful on days we couldn't go to the beach. The state park was beautiful, the walk is long but worth it since most of the beaches were private with minimal parking spaces.

Fabulous Stay

Excellent property; exceeded our expectations. It was clean and the management company was responsive. Wish the weather was equally as perfect, but we managed to make our own fun despite having to dodge storms. Love the 2 big pools at Prominence!

Wonderful Stay!!

We had the best time celebrating my wife's birthday on 30A. Mint Julep was very accommodating. We had plenty of room for everyone. The beds were great, the condo was well furnished. We loved the beach and all the great restaurants. We switched our phones to wifi calling while in the house. It was a great trip!

Pleasant stay- few suggestions

The home is lovely. Our stay would have been perfect with a few tweaks. First and foremost the furniture should be anchored to the wall. The dresser tipped over on my son (he’s fine). There should be at least 1 full length mirror in the house and when showering off sand and swimsuits a handheld shower head would be ideal. The wifi was spotty and the door keypad only worked half the time. Overall it was a very nice stay and we really enjoyed our time. The house was convenient and well maintained.

Great location - Poor Customer Service

Property was great but the managing group was rude and not helpful. The golf cart broke down on day 1 of 3 and they did not offer to provide a replacement. I was told that was extra and not guaranteed. I responded: It should not be the first picture on the rental. I also had issue with wifi and was told: it works...... Like I said, nice property but HORRIBLE customer service.

Great house!

We loved this house for the week. The location is right across the street from the Hub, which we hung out at alot. The house had everything we needed. There is not good phone service or wifi. Upon arrival, one of the bikes had a flat, so we had to take that to get fixed. Also, the golf cart has some backing up and going forward issues that WERE NOT handled in a timely manner. I had to call number after number for two, almost three days before anyone got back to me. That was infuriating since one of the main reasons we rented this house was because of the golf cart. Overall it was great, just a few issues could've been handled better.

Immediately change property management company.

The main door into the condo was bolted from the inside so we could not enter as code was just for bottom lock! The garage code given did not workđŸ€ŹLocked outside condo for over 3 hours. I had to call the emergency number 5 times before customer service connected me to maintenance. The maintenance guy spoke to me in a condescending and rude manner then hung up on me!!!! I only wanted to know what time he was going to let us into condo! Awful service!! The owner should change property management company immediately. I definitely will not rent a condo that is managed by Coastal Dreaming again.

Better Than Average

First, let me start with the positives...the house is beautiful with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The large pool is really nice and a short walk from the house. The house is in a great location, half way between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The Hub is right across the street, with great options for food, drinks and a few shops. The beach access is not very convenient, as we are used to a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. However, the beach area we went to was not super crowded, which was rally nice. Now, for the negatives...one of the main reasons we chose this house was because it included a golf cart and 4 bikes. When we arrived, there was no golf cart, and 2 of the bikes were not accessible. We were told the golf cart was wrecked in April, and were never notified. Even though the listing states it comes with 4 bikes, we were told that the bikes are not guaranteed. Lastly, use of the second shower had to be limited - longer showers or multiple people using the shower resulted in water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Maintenance did come check on the leak, but indicated this was normal per the way the house was built.

Fabulous week at the Mint Julep!!

We made some wonderful memories at the Mint Julep in August! The unit is so nice- still smells new! It is very clean and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked very well even though we didn't cook much. There is a nice selection of local restaurants in the area that we enjoyed very much. The neighborhood is so cute and we loved the pool which was very clean and large. It wasn't crowded at all. There are shaded areas there which is nice to get a break from the sun. The Hub, which is across the street, is a fun place to get a drink or some lunch. They have live music some nights and we liked watching the young children dancing and playing. It's a very family-friendly place. There are some cute little shops to browse in also. We drove the golf cart there and to the beach one day which was really fun. We also used the bikes even though we were a little rusty. We are 4 friends from college all turning 60 this year, so it had been a while! But still very fun for us and we felt safe because of the bike paths. This townhome is in a great area- very close to Seaside, Seagrove, Panama City, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall. You don't have to drive far to reach any of these. I would also highly recommend doing a bonfire on the beach to watch the sunset. This was a first for all of us and we enjoyed it so much!! There are different companies that offer this, but it is a must do!! I highly recommend staying at the Mint Julep!

Beautiful house and wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a girls trip and absolutely loved the place and the area! The house had everything we needed and then some. The management company even brought extra towels for all of us girls! It was our first time to the area and we all fell in love. Will be back next year for sure!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. The place was just as it says on the add and was just off the path of all the crowds. Location was killer when you have a golf cart to get easy access to everything. Only downfall was the Couch with the plywood under the cushions and the couch splitting apart. Luckily we didn’t come on vacation to sit around on the couch, so this did not affect us. We were grateful for an amazing trip and hope to stay again.

Nice location

The unit was nice but we had several problems while we stayed. The power to the garage and the front of the house went out and when they came to fix it it knock out our WiFi and cable which was pretty disappointing when you have small children that need entertainment. The internet was never fixed during our stay. The master bed was poor quality and broke three times while we were there. They were able to fix the bed it just added to the other problems that week. Nice location to the hub but there was no beach access in the property which could make it difficult with smaller children.

Property Change- Mint Julep

After booking Sandlot the agent then told us there was a problem and switched us to "Mint Julep". Not happy from day one 1- Code did not work on door.Had to call and was given a master code and told someone would come out and change it. Never did 2- Couch in livingroom was terriable!! They had wood under all cushions trying to support them 3- Golf cart did not operate properly from day one, and was not safe. Also the circuit breaker would blow half the time when plugged in. No one came out to service. I should have gotten refund 4- Garbage cans in garage where not emptied on check in 5- Master Bedroom broke in the middle of the night. They did send a kid out to fix, and he couldnt believe the condition of the frame 6- Smoke alarm battery went low. Sent someone out 2 hours latter to change. He even said golf cart was junk 7- Contract says golf cart is serviced and ready between rentals, was not case here. We rent a few times a year, and this was our first time using VRBO and where not happy with the service for the cost!

Great location!

We had a great stay and loved the location and having the golf cart to get around. We should of listened to the prior reviews though about internet. No way my husband was able to work from the house. The WiFi was terrible. We couldn't text, surf internet, stream anything, and he couldn't log on to any work calls. Time to update from Hughes net to a working internet if you want people to come back.

Beautiful condo/home

The house was great. The internet is terrible and we needed internet to work a bit on vacation. The garage door would open and close on its own but they did send someone to fix it. Location is good. Pretty beaches.

Very nice home in a great location!

We really enjoyed the home and it’s great location! This home had everything we needed and was set up well and clean. The the bikes and cart were so fun! The only negative was lack of WiFi and cell service.
