It's a short walk across the street to the white sand and surf via the deeded access. Enjoy the area the scenic way, biking along the paved path that follows 30A between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach!

Your stay at Grand Isle 304 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! The condo was nice and a great location. The door lock would not work several times leaving us locked out of the condo. Had to wait for maintenance on one occasion to jimmy the door open. Kitchen supplies/utensils need to be addressed. Televison's were old and only had basic cable. Furniture drawers would come all the way out, could use updating. The Perfect Pig downstairs was really nice. Would stay again.

Stay at Motel Nightmare

Limited kitchen stock, and towels. The patio door, dishwasher and two stove burners did not work. Unit was dirty and requires updates. Swing chair was nice. Beach chairs are old and rusty so bring your own! There was blood stains on the pull out sofa. Overall a poor stay.

Grand Isle 304

We have been coming to Seagrove Beach multiple times yearly for 25 years and have enjoyed so many of rental properties. This is the first time in decades it was just my husband and myself. This location was a perfect place for the two of us. We had a couple minor issues, one with the TV service and the other with the microwave but a great guy came out the next morning each time and fixed the problems immediately. Added bonus to be right upstairs from the Perfect Pig!

Elevator out of Order

For those of us who are a "certain" age, climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage, supplies, groceries, beach gear, etc., proved too much. My message, using the Hospitality (Benchmark?) app went unanswered. We learned the elevator had been inoperable for some time. Clearly, we would have selected a different property. Also, broken blinds need repairing and the floor is in dire need of a thorough mopping. Maybe the owner should try being their guest in this property and may realize the difficulty.

We enjoyed our first time in Florida a lot. The condo was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and it was pretty clean. The access to the beach was wonderful and easy to find. Our condo could definitely use some updating. The dryer squeaks very loudly when in use and it needs to be ran twice to dry completely. The elevator was a huge problem for me, especially being on the third floor. It worked great while unloading but quit working twice while we were there, including the night before we left. We called management and they said that someone was working on it. No one was there working on it. The morning we left, it was still broken and so we had to carry everything down two flights of stairs, which is difficult to do with a small teenager and an injured lower back. I am not certain that we would rent this room again.

Dust everywhere

Property wasn’t dusted in a while. The only bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned. Customer service was great! When sent an email to management company, the inspector came just with a few minutes.

Perfect location with a king sized bed.

Very nice and beach is just across 30A with easy access. It was a little loud on the balcony but that’s to be expected directly on 30A. Would definitely stay there again.

Grand Isle unit 304 Seagrove Beach

The unit was a good fit for two adults and was all that was advertised. Being an end unit next to the elevator was very convenient and the side windows let in lots of natural light. The Perfect Pig on the first floor was a dynamite restaurant. The unit was tastefully decorated and all equipment worked well. Access to the beach across the street was private and perfect.

Very cute place. Could have been cleaner but wasn’t terrible. Definitely need more towels but glad to have a washer/dryer. The king bed was excellent. Super comfortable which I have found to be a rarity in vacation rentals. Great location! The Perfect Pig down below has exquisite food. We loved being able to walk downstairs and eat anytime.

Great couple's getaway!

My husband and I spent a week at this condo and absolutely loved it. The unit was adorable, comfortable, and had plenty of space. We loved having two full bathrooms. The walk to the beach was super easy, and the restaurant and shop on the main floor were awesome! We would definitely come back.

This condo is beautifully decorated. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The walk to the beach is easy and not very far. The condo itself is quiet. I never heard the neighbors. The location is terrific. Restaurants are within walking or biking distance. The Perfect Pig has terrific food!!! We will be back to this condo! I gave four stars only because the deck can be loud due to the traffic and is not private. Also the pool is small. We had it to ourselves the entire week so it wasn't an issue for us. I would definitely recommend this condo. It is exactly as the pictures present, beautiful and spacious!!!!
