"Sundancer" Watercolor #101 2 Bedroom Sleeps 6

This beautiful first floor condo is located in the heart of WaterColor's Park District and is the most desired location in WaterColor.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

The WaterColor Beach Club is located along the Gulf of Mexico, offering spectacular beach views. To access the WaterColor Beach Club, guests must utilize the passes provided in your unit. Each pass is good for 2 persons; children under the age of 12 do not require a pass.

The WaterColor Beach Club provides guests with fully equipped changing rooms with showers and lockers. Forgot some essentials? No problem! WaterColor Beach Club features a pool service area that offers sunscreen, hats, water toys, and even chilled towels. Towel service is now offered to guests as well. Get ready for some breathtaking gulf views (before or during sunset) while standing on WaterColor Beach Club’s balcony or from the beach boardwalk. The Canteen Restaurant and Bar is open daily from 11am to 7:30pm.

WaterColor Trolley: The WaterColor Trolley operates daily from 9:30am-5:30pm. The trolley operates on a route-based system circulating between neighborhoods, community pools, the Beach Club, and Camp WaterColor. Trolley operations are subject to change.

WaterColor Pools: Access to all 4 pools requires pool passes, which are provided in the condo’s kitchen. Towel service is now available at Marina Pool from 10am-3pm, Sunday-Thursday. Food and Beverage Grab 'n' Go will also be available from 10am-2pm. The Beach Club and all WaterColor pools offer free Wi-Fi available!

WaterColor’s Beach Club recently benefited from some tremendous renovations. There are now 2 additional pools, a restaurant (with indoor and outdoor seating), a bar, and more. Guests can now enjoy the Beach Club Pool, Frog Pool, Dragonfly Pool, Camp Pool, and Boathouse Pool! During the cooler months, the Beach Club and Camp pools are heated. The Main Butterfly Pool, with Monarch Slide, is heated and lifeguard staffed. The Caterpillar Pool is a zero-entry pool that is also heated; it offers a Children's Area with Skipper Slide. The Lazy Lizard Pool is another zero-entry pool with a Lazy River!

Beach Access Info: While staying at WaterColor resort, you will have access to multiple magnificent beaches: the beach club in main WaterColor; the Van Ness Butler access between WaterColor and Seaside; plus, two more public beaches in Seagrove, San Juan and Bramble Grove.

The closest beach access is located through the Beach Club or between the Beach Club and the WaterColor Inn and Beachside Condominiums. Towels are provided to you at no charge by the Towel Hut, which is located right by the WaterColor Beach Club. I strongly recommend you call in advance to make sure you reserve the right number of towels, especially during the prime seasons.

Grocery fix: Missing some items? Just head to Publix. Publix is located just a 5-minute car ride away and is conveniently open until 10pm.

You'll love the condo's incredible natural light with its floor-to-ceiling French doors and windows as well as upscale finishes. Enjoy the convenience of this first floor corner unit that overlooks Cerulean Park. The unit includes 6 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, 2 large bedrooms with King Beds, a queen pull out sleeper sofa and a bunk room with 2 twin beds.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:

Special Note About Your Vacation Rental: The unit you have rented directly overlooks Cerulean Park! Indeed, your unit has you situated at the front entrance of Cerulean Park. When we visit WaterColor, we thoroughly enjoy walking out of the unit to the entrance and then taking a right (heading north) to the park. Once you pass the boardwalk, which takes you over the Western Lake, you can head in any of 3 directions. No matter what your energy level, you can create a wonderful walk for yourself!

Parking:

Parking policies at WaterColor: Parking is permitted in private driveways, parallel parking pads, and marked parking spaces throughout the WaterColor property. Parking is prohibited on the street, pine straw, sidewalks, or pathways. The parking lots behind the Town Center condos are for the exclusive use of homeowners and guests of those building addresses.

A new WIFI network has been added to the Beach Club parking garage to assist with access to the Passport Parking system. Parking Garage Network Name: WCBC Paid Parking. No password is required to access this network.

Other details to note:

This unit comes with 6 wrist bands for the Watercolor clubs. All guests 5 years of age or older are required to have a valid wristband for entry to all amenities. Amenity bracelets grant guests access to the Watercolor Beach club and Camp Watercolor. Your bracelets should be ready by 12pm on your check-in date.

To pick up the amenity bracelets on a WEEKDAY, you must go to the HOA office behind the Watercolor Publix. The HOA Office opens at 9am. All you must do is go inside and a representative on duty will help you.

To pick up the amenity bracelets during the WEEKEND, you will need to go to Camp Watercolor, which is very close to the unit. The bracelets should be waiting for you with your name on them at the front desk of Camp Watercolor. Camp Watercolor opens at 9am. All you must do is go inside and a representative on duty will help you.

Trash must be disposed of only in the dumpsters. Towels and other linens are not to hang from balconies. Personal items (including beach toys) may not be stored in the common areas, walkways, hallways, staircases, or parking lots. Personal items that are left in the common areas will be removed. Bicycles may only be parked onsite using the bike racks.

Six backpack beach chairs are in the condo for guest use. They are in the hallway closet. Please wipe sand off the chairs prior to storing them back in the unit. Chairs/beach gear cannot be left on the beach overnight. Please remove debris/wipe sand from chairs prior to departure. Lost beach chairs will cost $75 for each chair. If you do not wish to use the beach backpack chairs, you can rent chairs at WaterColor’s Beach.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Relaxing, worry free and very clean!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! Easy access in and out. We loved the decor and really enjoyed the serine feel of the porches and bedrooms. The place is exactly like the pictures!! We had no disappointments or negative circumstances.

We loved the unit. It was cleaned and well-stocked for our short stay. Close enough to walk to grab coffee or breakfast or dinner. Close to the beach club. Everything was easy and convenient. We had a few issues with the internet glitching and not being about to watch tv, but that was the only thing that wasn't perfect. Also, the welcome packet directed us to the HOA office to get our amenity wristbands. That was, however, an unnecessary stop because they had already been delivered to the rental. Had that been communicated, we could have saved some time waiting around the HOA office.

Inside and outside was dirty and not well maintained. Porch and entrances to unit completely mildewed, Kitchen pans rusty, Dishwasher had to be reset everyday at the breaker box, the foyer closet was full of sand, live beetles, and a wreck of beach chairs, toys, etc
 For the amount of money spent we would expect Much cleaner, well stocked, and well kept unit.

Spring break

Superior location and great set up, big tv, comfortable master and second room beds. Loved the large fountain right outside the condo. Rental process was very good. Property manager was very responsive with concerns for wrist bands and other questions. Condo was well decorated and stocked. The bunk room was tiny, minimal Circulation and no accessible outlet. So it was small for your family of 5. Also, the weather was very cold this week so we were not able to utilize the beach or ocean much but the water was so pretty to look at and the location was clean and beautiful. I ordered some pants from Amazon that said they were delivered but we never found them.

Perfect Watercolor Experience

David, our host, was responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The condo was absolutely lovely, with amazing TVs, feather-soft beds, a porch swing, and plenty of space for our toddlers to play on our only rainy day. We have already decided to book the same condo again next year. Thank you for a perfect experience where we made so many family memories.
