The elevator went down the first day we were there, and my husband, who is a combat veteran with PTSD was caught in the elevator for over an hour. The lights went out as well, which really triggered his PTSD. We were told by the staff when he got out finally that he was lucky because the issue with the elevator was worse than they had anticipated. The staff was wonderful but it was still a very scary situation for him.

I have stayed at this hotel 30+ times over the past couple of years for work. It is always super clean, comfortable and conveniently located to multiple restaurants. I love the repurpose of the historic court house and vibe of the hotel. The only draw back is the parking, but despite that it is my first choice for the area.
