Great location, clean and very comfortable. Horrible parking $24 per night in an unpaved gravel lot full of potholes (unless your lucky to get the too few spots in the self serve parking lot)

-Check-in was not pleasant. -Requested a higher room with a view. Got a bottom floor room that wasn't to our liking - a suite which under normal circumstances would be nice, but it was an awkward set up. -Expedia said daily room service. They only do it every other day. Then on the 3 day they didn't do it either. -The most pleasant person there was the valet people, and we didn't even valet our car.

Great reception staff, fantastic hot tube that was working in the middle of Winter. The concierge staff were really attentive and helpful. The breakfast system was very confusing with vouchers, a checklist and being forced to sign! Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the historic rail yards and the shopping district.
