This family villa offers 2 double rooms 2 triple rooms and a room in the upper part of the house with a bed. There are 3 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. There is this incredible and spacious outdoor space with a private pool and several areas to fully enjoy the outdoor space. Perfect to live unforgettable moments under the Mediterranean sun! Don't forget those large terraces that surround the entire house. The panoramic sea views are inexplicable! 
 
Spacious Interior: Enter a hall that anticipates the impressive views of the sea from the living room. The kitchen with a rustic decoration is not only fully equipped with modern appliances but also has an area with a table, ideal for morning breakfasts or preparing delicacies for the beach. The doors and efficient extraction system promise to keep the environment fresh and odor-free. There is a dishwasher, but don't worry if it's your turn to do the dishes, it will be worth it as the views from the kitchen are stunning too!
 
The living room and dining room, with its rustic furniture and large windows that connect to the large terrace, become the heart of the house, providing ample space to relax and enjoy the panoramic view. The visible beams on the ceiling of the entire house stand out, giving it this rustic and cozy air.
 
The terrace: accessible from the living room, invites you to sunset dinners and quiet moments contemplating the horizon. In the garden, there is also a barbecue area, which makes it a very practical space perfect for preparing family barbecues.
 
Bedrooms. The rooms are practical and functional to offer comfort to our guests. Particularly noteworthy are the suite with its own bathroom, access to the large terrace. On the terraces, there are also tables and a couple of chairs to relax at some time of the day. All rooms have a standing fan.

Amazing outdoors: from the living room we access the terrace, which in turn is connected to the pool area, offering a serene environment to relax or keep an eye on the little ones. The terrace has a fence to keep the little ones under control and prevent them from accessing the pool area.
 
Tranquility and Fun for Everyone: with spaces designed for entertainment, such as a ping-pong table and a stationary bicycle, in case someone wants to stay in shape during the holidays.
Fun is guaranteed! The private pool is an oasis to cool off or sunbathe on the sun loungers arranged around it.
 
Located in a peaceful urbanization, just minutes from the heart of Santa Susanna and close to golden beaches and inviting mountains, this villa is a promise of idyllic holidays. Although it is a short distance from the town, it is recommended to have a car for complete autonomy, since the house is located at the top of a small hill.

   PARKING
There is a large private garage on the same property but it is currently used to enjoy table tennis. 
You can also park at the end of the parking access ramp and also park for free and easily on the street.
The street is shared with residents.
The direction of circulation of the streets must be respected and not park in front of accesses to private parking lots.

INCLUDED SERVICES- Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit.- Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00.Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us!We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
 
- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
 
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
 
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
 
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
 
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
 
  IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
 
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
 
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. 
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. 
 
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
 
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
 
- Groups of students are not allowed.
