Room was clean, breakfast was fine. The staff upon check in ignored us, the printer was out of paper and the two workers could not figure out why the computer couldn’t print. One of the women finally said oh we need paper. The entire time neither of the women acknowledged us. It was about 5-7 minutes before we were greeted and still had to wait until they were done. I was upset all they had to do was say hello we are having a problem someone will be with you in a few minutes. Instead of letting us stand there waiting uncomfortably.

Okay place to stay.

We chose this hotel because Hotels.com listed an electric charging station. There was a Tesla which did not work for us, but that didn’t matter much as we have a plug in hybrid. The hotel was very nice, except that they do not have coffee/tea in the room. It was in the lobby which is also the breakfast room which made the coffee/tea a it far from the breakfast buffet. I thought that the room was fairly small but comfortable. I still think that the best place to stay in Santee is Fairfield Inn & Suites

Lovely hotel - clean, friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms with large shower and terrific included breakfast buffet. Located right off I-95 - easy off easy on. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Room was small and had a King precluding room for a chair. Should have a Twin XL and a CHAIR. Desk had no chair. Very uncomfortable to watch TV. The shelf under the bathroom mirror is a neat idea - and a headbanger when you wash your face. This brand tries to do some neat things but only does them halfway - so, only average.
