Got charged by expedia and hotel FO twice, so i would need to wait for 2-4 weeks before they would be able to return the money they asked me to pay upon checking in. I will never booked using expedia and

A hassle free stay.
Publié le 11 déc. 2019 sur HotelsIt was great, I was booking the presidential suite, but hotels.com gave me a twin matrimonial. The staff at mango suites were kind enough to allow me to change my booking. The most pleasant sursise was the free shuttle, to and from cauayan airport.

Exceeded my expectation

Meal is great although i would have been happier with a wider selection of complimentary breakfast. The only down side is that there is no cot for baby. I have to bring my own. That is fine because it is indicated before i booked. Over all, we enjoyed it very much specially my 2 year old baby.

All staff there was so friendly and helpful - Price and quality of the food are very good. The room is very clean. Keep it up!
