The staff member Male on arrival was rude and unwelcoming Was again unhelpful asking for directions and replacement item Staff at breakfast unhelpful and only allowed one cup of coffee! Shower gel had ran out on arrival This is the tenth hotel this break and unfortunately the worst This was to be the best for our stay as a treat but extremely disappointed Body lotion has ran out this morning These items should be checked

Second time we stay here.

Second time we stay here, all nice and a bit basic but well located and quiet. Parking is good, gentleman at the parking garrage was very nice when we arrived, no waiting time at check in and very nice lobby. We had a bottle of sparkling wine included with the booking but it was very low quality. Would stay again though.

Received a botlle of wine, staff did not retrive the used glasses after three days. Same as with open chocolate wraps. No water botlles. No amenities other than the wine botlle. Room was clean - reception staff rude. I was on Camino so maybe I didn’t look the part. Their attitude changed towards me when I presented my metal card. Do better. Every should be treated the same when staying at a 5 star hotel regardless of their appearance
