Well Communication for the keys was very bad . I finally open the house door the AC of the living room wasn’t working the AC in the rooms aren’t working. No hot water. Then next day they send me a message we was making a lot of noise but how if the controls of the tv aren’t working . No radio in that house . We only use that area for sleeping because we was outside getting to know Santiago all day. So I didn’t like it all only the kitchen because is very big and everything you need as supplies was there too cook. The neighbor is very nice and quiet.

Hi CarlaIt is really sad to see that you gave us this review since we try all possible we could to help you with the check-in. Normally our guests find the place very easy and they manage very well to get self checked-in. Thats a normal standard today everywhere. In contrast our staff received 7 phone calls, including video calls from you to help you find the appartment , find the keys , get into the unit etc. We comminicate with our guest any time and as much as they need. That's a service that all our customer always appreciate from us all the time. Even more sadly was, that you left the appartment without paying the cleanning lady and the utily services you have to pay at the property as described in the message you received when you did the reservation.As you said here, our neghborhood is very quiet and we never had any concern about our guest doing any noise until now, since you where very noisy during your stay. I will recomend you for the next time you go to another vacational rentals, to read all the instrucction and all the message you get from the host carefully, before you arrive to the property, so that you and the host don't have incovenients during your stay.

Property looked as advertised but some key basic things were missing or not working. Main living room AC did not work, only bedrooms could be cooled down. Hot water heater did not work. Some basic supplies were not provided (drinking water was empty, no paper towels, trash bags, etc).

Property was great overall-Pool was closed on Tuesday and we were not notified until the day of.Our remote for the access gate did not work.But on a scale of 1 to 10, I will give it an 8.
