The apartment which I had chose had a balcony, pool, and playground. However, the day before my arrival, the apartment had a water issue and they needed to transfer me to another unit in another building. I was told everything was going to be the same. That was not the case. The apartment itself was beautiful and the location where the building was located was blocked off with a lot of security which made you feel very comfortable. The apartment however was left dirty. Kitchen gadgets were very rusty and could not be used. We had to go out of our way and buy gadgets so we can cook properly. Inside the kitchen cabinets, were dirty, the cutting board was also dirty, bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the apartment itself was not broom swept properly. The wifi in the apartment was also extremely choppy. There was no service in the bedrooms, only in the living room/kitchen area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would really recommend for Management to do a walk before these apartments are rented out to make sure they meet the standards of someone staying there with family.

Not happy.

We had informed the property manager that the flight was delayed and she said we wouldn't have any problems to get into the apartment. Well we got there and it was 4 am we had no keys and the main door for the building was locked. I called and messaged the manager and no answer. We were stuck outside till 7am. We finally got in,because someone came out. When I finally woke up at 10am we had no water to take a shower. Messaged the manager and when she finally called me she informed me we wouldn't have water till 5pm. I was not happy 😕. At the end of the trip the manager messaged me about an electric bill I was soo confused
