Augustina Suite in Santiago, a place to recommend

I had a positive experience and pleasant stay at the Augustina Suite. I will start with the positive: location: excellent, in downtown Santiago, a Supermarket few steps away from the hotel, all sort of shops and restaurants very close. Room: clean, good size for a single room (not too big, not too small. However the windows were a bit small. Services: good, breakfast brought to the room, well equipped room with kitchen and pans. On the negative side: internet services available on the first day and then broken, I used the kitchen and the maid did not cleaned it (as it is the case in Suites in Santiago). Overall a positive expetience, good price and good place to stay.

Très mauvaise réception par telefone avant d'arriver à l'hôtel puis en arrivant pas très sympathique. Jolie petit apart, très propre. En revanche la piscine sale et les jacuzzis SANS eau! Nous n'avons même pas osé demandé vu que lorsqu'on a demandé pour 2 serviettes supplémentaires on nous a dit qu'ils allaient vor s'il y en avait encore.... Voilà, assez déçus!

Hotel agustina

Bonne prestation hotelière. L'hôtel n'est pas évident à trouver ( aucune indication dans la rue) Sur deux jours passés, la piscine a été fermée un jour et le lendemain, d'une propreté douteuse ........ A part la piscine (mais vue imprenable depuis la terrasse au trentième étage) le reste de l'hôtel est très correct

Quarto com baratas; Banheiro com mofo no chão; É possível ouvir as baladas do Quarto, principalmente aos fins de semana; A localização é bom: 3 min da Augustinas, Estado e Ahumada, 5 min do Palácio de la Moneda, 7min da Plaza de Armas, 6min até a estação de metro, 20min de metro até o Costanera Center, 30 min até o aeroporto. Boa arrumação diária, porém só trocam as toalhas que deixam a desejar. Edredom extra com muito mofo. Tem ar condicionado e aquecedor. Não contém academia como o anunciado.

Good Location Bad customer service.

As we went into the building the security guard stopped us and asked us where we were going— we explained we were checking in and he directed us to the room in the building where the “front desk” is. We knocked on that door for close to 20 minutes; we knocked from 9 am to 9:20 before we gave up and came down the elevator to the main building (A -> B). The security guard let us know he had no key for us and if there was no one there there’s nothing he could do. I called Expedia because this seemed like a ghost hotel, I asked for a refund so that we could go to a hotel, but they said no refund could be issued because it was non refundable— which I would understand if there was a hotel to check in, but we didn’t have a hotel. All of this took more than an hour and I’m calling from my US cell to Expedia costing me long distance charges. After an hour of waiting and being on the line the lady from Expedia finally gets a hold of the “front desk” agent; he refuses to refund my money and says he’s been there the whole time (which he hasn’t). We go up to building B and up the elevator, he opens the door. The receptionist was rude as soon as he opened the door, no apologies, just said he had been here the whole time (which he hadn’t). He is grumpy and rude the whole time he’s checking me in. Asking me for my passport and then going on a rant about me. In short, Would not recommend. We checked out at 9:30 and he was not there for that, I had to slide the key under the door.

Lugar céntrico, especial para viajes en familia, tiene todo para una buena estadía.

Localização perfeita

A localização do apart é perfeita. Fica a 3 minutos a pé do Metro Santa Ana e fizemos todos os pontos turísticos do centro de Santiago a pé. A Casa de La Moneda, por exemplo, fica a duas quadras. Outro ponto positivo é ter um mercado praticamente na frente do Hotel, chamado Santa Isabel.

Awesome location on Santiago

The room was clean and nice, except for the heater/cooler that was weak for the room size. The room service was nice and fast and the location is awesome!
