There is a TV set with cable TV and an HDMI connection in the living room.
Guests can arrive and use the whole apartment with no need to purchase basic bathroom or kitchen supplies. Both bathrooms have amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, tooth paste, towels, paper, cleaning supplies. The kitchen has spices, cooking oil, olive oil, dish soap and cleaning products.
There is Wi-Fi, portable a/c, central heating with mounted-in thermostat, washing machine and laundry detergent; plus, the building has a laundry area where guests can use the drier. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare whatever you want.
