Very impressed by both the Sheraton and Santiago. The hotel was in a great location and service was first class and friendly!

Brief but nice stay
Posted Jan. 27, 2024 on HotelsNice hotel, good stay, probably 4 stars for Santiago, but most likely 3.5 stars anywhere else.
Concierge staff was amazingly helpful. Bar & restaurant staff seemed somewhat slow and distracted.
Not many nearby amenities unless you are prepared to walk and boldy investigate the neighborhoods. E.g., It was a hike to find an open/available ATM. !!??

Great hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff! Nice room, very comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast. Close to the airport, quick check in, and very helpful concierge desk. Only negative is that there are literally no restaurants or stores close by. Not one. Mall at Gran Torre is at least a twenty five minute walk. I’m guessing there are some close by car or taxi though. Good news is that the bar at the Sheraton had excellent food and service. There’s a restaurant onsite also, but I didn’t get a chance to eat there. What really struck me with this hotel is that every staff member smiled and said hello to me. Even the managers checked in with me to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. What amazing service! I wish I had booked additional nights to explore Santiago.
