First of all the website is not updated with the correct address of the property. We went to the wrong location and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to fix the problem and find us a place to stay. The apartment promised on the website was not the one they gave us and end up giving us 2 different apartments which was very inconvenient because we wanted to spend time all together as a family. The person who was communicating with us (Alejandro) was very unprofessional and didn’t care much about giving us a solution. The payment was unconvinient because Alejandro sent Ramdom people to pick up the payment when we wanted to pay online with a card thru Expedia and had to pay cash. Overall The apparments were great but unfortunately the customer service was awful.

Filthy Jewel

This is not a hotel room, it is a very cute apartment in a great area of the city close to everything, but totally filthy and somehow unsafe (my husband cut his hand with the closet hinge.) We took pictures and showed them to the management company. Few things I can mention: Shower door were coming off hinges, it was clogged and not draining. Sink was leaking. Toilet seat loose and not staying up. Closet hall lights were not working. 3 of 5 hinges of closet door had no screws. Chairs all very loose and need tightening. But the worse was that they did not have any fan or AC to cool the apartment in hot weather. Those two weeks were very, very hot and felt like an oven even after midnight. And we were NOT allowed to use amenities as STILL advertised: pool, grill, gym. One of the hot days we went down all dressed up to enjoy the pool, we were stopped by the front desk man who told us YOU ARE NOT ALLOW TO USE THE PREMISES – THEY ARE ONLY FOR RESIDENTS. At that point I just wanted to leave, because our 4 y/o daughter was in tears. VERY DISSAPONTING!!! Then I had to go buy cleaning supplies and try to cover the chairs that were very filthy. There was sludge under freezer door; Fingernail cuttings on the kitchen table; Bathroom vent filthy; Bed comforter filthy and unusable and no mattress cover. We did survive our stay and would even stay there again, if all of these simple maintenance issues were taken care of.

Cómodo, tranquilo, excelente ubicación.

Ya fui dos veces, el departamento sin ningún mantenimiento. Punto negativo. Faltaban utensilios de cocina y limpieza mala. Muebles deteriorados. Típico de falta de mantenimiento.

Este departamento fue nuestra casa fuera de casa por 8 días. Muy limpio, cómodo y tranquilo. Excelente ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, bares, un pequeño supermercado y sobre todo, cerca de una estación del metro.
