The property has to have clear guidelines regarding guest. I stayed in March and everything was fine but now when I stayed, they were trying to charge my guest $30 each. I wasn’t aware and have them leave. There is no information regarding this policy when booking.

This property was excellent! I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and inviting. I really loved my room as it was on the 15th floor with a spectacular view of the city. The room felt like my own little apartment and was equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and other basics such as spoons, forks, plates, etc. The pool was on the very top floor and has a beautiful view of the City, it was very relaxing and serene. The hotel is in walking distance of some shops and restaurants but also there are options like Uber Eats and PedidosYa to have food and items delivered to you. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if your looking for an away home from home feel!

The Front Desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located and the room was nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities. The 360 view of Santo Domingo from the pool deck on the 16th floor was amazing at night. I would definitely stay there again.
