Nous voulions un hÎtel bien prÚs de la station d'autobus pour nous rendre à Punta Cana. L'emplacement était parfait. Nous avons pu aller acheter nos tickets de bus tÎt et revenir déjeuner à l'hÎtel. TrÚs pratique. En plus l'hÎtel était absolument magnifique avec énormément de cachet. Les lits étaient un peu trop durs mais sinon c'était absolument parfait. Annie

O quarto precisa de remodelaçÔes. O ar condicionado fica bem embaixo da cama e tem um display que Ă  noite, clareia todo o quarto. NĂŁo tem instalaçÔes muito confortĂĄveis e tem um inĂștil e perigoso degrau entre o banheiro e o quarto. Fiquei por 3 noites e todo o perĂ­odo o hotel enfrentou falta de ĂĄgua. TĂ­nhamos que ligar na recepção para pedir a abertura da ĂĄgua. NĂŁo tĂȘm amenities como shampoo. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© limitado e com opçÔes nĂŁo muito atrativas. Uma funcionĂĄria do hotel entrou no meu quarto Ă s 7h da manhĂŁ para verificar se eu estava com a chave correta, abriu a porta e eu estava de pijama ainda me arrumando... Uma mĂșsica ambiente pode ser perturbadora depois da meia-noite. Enfim.. nĂŁo recomendo. Em outra oportunidade, nĂŁo ficaria neste hotel em Santo Domingo. Deve haver melhores opçÔes. Ainda cobram 20 USD por um check-in antecipado (cheguei ao meio-dia e o checnk-in era Ă s 15h). NĂŁo vale a pena. A internet Ă© sofrĂ­vel.. se precisar para trabalhar, esqueça.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was terrific. They don't provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. If you need an iron, they will provide you with one at the front desk. The hotel has a serious water issue. It will stop running overnight, and sometimes you will need to ask the staff to open the key so you will have access to water in your room.

A group of 6 booked rooms through Expedia. A very lovely hotel. Front desk staff is easy to work with, a delicious hot breakfast every morning with omelettes and fresh fruit and other items. The new elevator was really helpful with our luggage. Staff is so nice. We will be back!

The hotel has a lot of charm. The staff were quick to take care of any issues. The breakfast price for guests is too high for what you get.

El Hotel San Marco has excellent hospitality for international guests. They go above and beyond to meet your requests and needs. They show you to some of the best Italian food in the city. The hotel is a quiet spot in the city, outside the center if you wish to explore other areas of the city but close enough you can reach the center easily by Uber or walking. Their staff is friendly and hardworking. I had an excellent experience and will return. ÂĄGracias!

Great place to stay, so much more comfortable and unique than the standard issues boring hotel. We found a lovely hole in the wall restaurant nearby with everything made fresh to order. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating when we needed to store our luggage a bit after check out, and also were gracious about our very limited Spanish. Felt very safe walking around the neighborhood during the day, including to the Malecon, but at dusk it felt a bit more unsafe. Fridge in the room and grocery store and restaurants nearby, plus an outdoor seating area by the pool with tables and filtered water (much appreciated!) made it easy to get and eat dinner here if desired.

If I could give more stars to this hotel I would definitely do this! My room was always kept clean and refreshed, the staff has always been very understanding to me. I was busy in Santo Domingo, so I would have to leave the hotel very early every morning, and they were so nice to serve breakfast an hour earlier for me. Also, my payment did not workout for some reason, and I was a bit worried about it, but the staff worked so smoothly and they did whatever was possible to help me. They are really helpful, welcoming and understanding to their guest. I will definitely come back one day. Thank you for everything!

It is far from the center. The rooms are large. They put 2 singles to create king size bed by basically putting many under-covers under top sheets to make comfortable. Staff is very friendly. I am having challenging problems physically so cannot walk far. If one is able they can walk to the ocean and many nearby places. Staff is very friendly and treated me like family. I couldn’t ask for more.
