Come and enjoy this Designer (Brooklyn Inspired) one bedroom Loft with ocean view located in City Center with all around A/C in modern building and security. This very cool apartment is fully equipped for a perfect stay. Located in a new building with elevator, assigned parking and a nice city view. Check out all our listings. We have much to offer! Parties, loud music or loud noises prohibited. One night reservations dont have access to jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is shared
Construction nearby might cause some noise during the day. -ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THE JACUZZI.- Due to the COVID 19, ONLY THE REGISTERED GUESTS will be allowed in the building,. The terrace and jacuzzi areas needs to be booked though a link we will send with the check in instructions and the use is for maximun 2 hours per apartment.
One bedroom, two story loft apartment with bedroom on the second floor, living room and kitchen on the first floor. A/C, Wifi, hot water, security, parking, elevator and fully equipped kitchen.
Nearby access to restaurants, shopping centers just 10 minutes driving, and pubs, less than a 2 miles away you have Blue Mall, Agora Mall, SilverSun and Acropolis Center. The apartment has one private indoor parking spot. We will provide you with the remote control for the gate in case you have a car. The parking is gated in the underground, has 24/7 security and security cameras.
We are available from 8 am to 10 pm for any questions you might have by whatsapp or Airbnb chat. In YellowKey we can help you arranging transportation or advise you about all the different and fun stuffs you can do in Santo Domingo or in any other city of the island.

Overall, good stay. Check in was great. Keypad lock on the door. Great industrial revamp vibe to it. Old warehouse turn into loft. Kitchen was good. Utensils was there. Some pots and pans. Kitchenware are okay. You can never have enough of kitchen stuff. Washer and dryer. Stove and refrigerator great. Walk upstairs to a big bed, nice closet, okay bathroom, safe box. Air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. Love the lighting situation give nice ambience when minimum lights used. Security guards w/gate and easy parking. Cons: 1. Both TVs downstairs and upstairs didn't work or wasn't hooked up with no cable or Internet. Did have WiFi in the apartment. 2. Xbox 360 wasn't useable. Do not know if it was part of the decor or left behind. 3. No hot water or didn't know where switch was located if there was one and shower head needs replaced. 4. Water dispenser needed it's 2024 it's common to have. Definitely would stay again. They accommodate me for one night.

A great loft style apartment in the government district.

The apartment is centrally located amidst the national government area with lots of ministries and even the capital buildings near by. Malls and parks in east walking distance. Comunication with the property manager was outstanding! Excellent security and parking on site. Highly recommend.
