Air conditioning was confusing and wasn’t sure if it was properly on. Should’ve asked front desk about this. However, I had to ask front desk about practically everything because there weren’t clear instructions or clear directions on how to use the amenities nor where they were. Taxis and Ubers were my biggest nightmare down there, however, it was handled and actually taking Uber was a very much cheaper than the taxis they provide there. If you’re not a local just come, prepare prepared and have an itinerary ready. Otherwise, be ready to ask for assistance for everything. Location was beautiful. No beach close in good distance. Not bad experience, if you’re just looking for a place to stay this is excellent. If you’re looking for a hub spot— I’d look elsewhere.

It said 2 hot tub, both were broken, room phone wasn’t working and the staff argued loudly “work issues”infront of everybody in the restaurant during breakfast, and then keep on screaming in the kitchen, what a way to start your day. But Dominican Republic on itself is Lovely and Beautiful!

The room was not depicted as viewed on the internet. The left side of the property are all old units dirty, with outdate appliance, fixture, curtains, flooring. The right side of the property is very high end with new furniture, fixtures, showers. The old side which i stayed in had water leaks from the ceiling and it was obvious this was not a new issue. I was however moved to the right side when i complained. However overall the staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
