Let me just say this—I’ve traveled all over the Dominican Republic, including Santo Domingo and Punta Cana, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Seeing large roaches coming out of the sink was honestly shocking. That being said, the staff were very nice, and the manager handled the situation by switching our room, which I appreciated. However, cleanliness is definitely an area that needs improvement. Aside from that, the beach is beautiful, and the workers are amazing—12/10 for their service.

Staff was great, room needs extermination for ants in the bathroom. Pool was great but the beach you can't relax and enjoy because every 2 minutes someone is trying to sell you something, I respect the hustle but no is no and they keep on other then that everything else was fine.

Our room was clean, the staff were friendly, the food was good, and the grounds were well kept. The staff were very visible and constantly cleaning around the pools and throughout the resort. Overall, a great experience; we will be back.

The room we got had full size bed the 4000 section on ground floor. No water pressure 4days. Otherwise it was a good hotel. Food a little above average.

Overall I would say the customer service needs a bit of an improvement. Rooms could be updated with simple things, like a mirror in the bedroom, corner shelves in the shower, being able to contact the front desk on the phone instead of walking there each time for a simple question, concern, room issue. Having some clarity if there are issues that occur like no running water (apparently it occured also in other areas in DR) so not completely the hotels fault, but atleast tell guests what is happening. More lounge chairs for the amount of guests that are there.

The staff was wonderful and very hard working. The pools were always clean and they were constantly cleaning. The resort advertised tennis courts and there were none. The activities were limited and the entertainment in the evening was not very entertaining to me. Apparently some of the rooms are nice but the one we had needed a lot of updating. I need an accessible room and although there were grab bars in the shower there was none by the commode which was problematic. Some of the walkways were flat but to go to the reception area, the smaller pool, the gift shop and the à la carte restaurant there was uneven stones with holes and if it wasn’t for my teenage grandsons I never could have gone to those areas.
