The room is beautiful, very comfortable and the views are stunning. It’s such a good place to stay if you want to be in Fira, but also have a good night’s sleep free from all the noise. Walkable distance to everything in Fira, and to the main bus station which takes you everywhere else on the island. The staff is super friendly and everything is super clean. I hope to come back soon!

We had a fantastic stay during off-season! Sofia made us feel welcome and was very attentive. She also provided excellent dining recommendations. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Exceptional hospitality shown by Sofia and her team. They greeted us at the taxi drop off location and helped us carry our luggage to the hotel. They tended to all our requests immediately during our stay. On our departure day, we had a 6:30am flight, so Sofia specifically dropped off to-go breakfast boxes for us the night before after her work hours. However, the to-go breakfast boxes only included a simple sandwich, a packaged juice and some packaged food items, which were no comparison to the standard hot breakfast normally served to our room. One disappointment was the outdoor private jacuzzi. Even though the weather was chilly and very windy during our stay, ​we still planned to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the jacuzzi. However, ​we couldn't get in the jacuzzi at all because the water was too cold.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff were so kind and attentive. The view from the room was incredible. Very close to the main square in Thira. The breakfast they provide was outstanding! Will definitely be returning!

Not a great experience

The room was clean and comfortable, but my experience was disrupted by an unfortunate incident. From my hot tub, in what we then believed was supposed to be our space, instead of a view of the ocean, we ended up having only a view of a couple who was lying down right in front of us. To make matters worse, the couple began acting in sexual manners, prompting us to go back inside our room. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the morning staff was friendly.

I couldn’t fault it, it was more than I expected, Sophia and staff were amazing and always there to assist. Location is amazing and not too many steps from the drop off, husband had a walking stick and survived the journey. Rooms were amazing and a view to die for, due to hubby hip injury he was happy to stay on the balcony in the private spa and admire the view while I ventured out and conquered Santorini maze of steps. I would definitely recommend caldera cliff illusion and I would stay there again.
