A brilliant stay, everything you want from accomodation. Great location - near a bus stop to the town centre and very close to the beach. Surrounded by many good food options. The staff are all friendly and always willing to help. The room and hotel amenities are perfect.

The best place we have ever been to, staff amazing, rooms were amazing and the location you guessed it - amazing. 2.5minute walk to the beach and 15 min cab to Fira, best holiday ever especially with hospitality like the Tamarix staff provided, we will definitely come back again next year. YAMAAAS

Excellent location near the beach, great staff. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. Only issue was that some amenities in the room were broken/ non functional. But overall, I felt it was a great place, especially on account of the friendly and responsive staff.

Loved absolutely everything, from the moment we checked in, all the staff, Elizabeth, Christopher and the other gentlemen (sorry forgot his name) were amazing. The breakfast buffet, the choices the quality of the food was 10/10. If we ever go back to Santorini, we wouldnt even look at other hotels.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tamarix Del Mar Suites! My suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, offering an incredible variety of delicious options every morning. Room service was equally impressive – fast, efficient, and always with a smile. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better: just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by countless restaurants and shops. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The price for my stay was extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of the suite and the overall experience. Honestly, I can’t find a single negative thing to say. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly, highly recommended – I’d happily stay here again!

Such a fantastic bolthole hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were amazing. Breakfast surpassed all expectations. Step outside and everything was on your doorstep. The juice place Juice Me three doors down did great smoothies and milkshakes. And the bakery 2 mins walk away did fantastic bread and tasty sandwiches all day. Bus stop was also only 10 mins walk for Thira.

Amazing place to stay, a lot of options for food in walking distance. Beautiful black sand beach 5 minutes walk away. Needs new gym equipment, other than that. Amazing.

The staff was so helpful and kind. Gary was the most helpful in helping us finding all the good restaurants and thinga to do on the island. The staff was always there to help with anything we needed. When we return to santorini we will come back for sure

Our flight was cancelled and we needed a room close to airport for early flight. We booked this room online. Room was very dated, AC did not cool the room. We were in a family suite. Bathroom was very dated. Staff was super helpful and great.

The rating is correct. I was a little apprehensive about staying here as it looked below the standard of our normal type of hotel. However, it is more than made up for by the friendliness of the staff and the relaxed environment. Our room exceeded expectations with a jacuzzi and sun beds on the roof as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. Nice touches like a bottle of wine on arrival and sweets for the kids. So, not a 5* hotel (nor does it claim to be) but a very welcome surprise!

Great service and excellent location. Right next to the beach and board walk. AC is a problem as it only operates when ur in the room with all the doors closed . Hot days can get a bit uncomfortable. But the service of the staff was great!!!
