Tastefully decorated, our air-conditioned offers self-catering accommodation opening out to a spacious private yard with a built-in sofa. The house includes two spacious sunny bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and high-quality cotton linens found at all high-end hotels. It also has a living room with flat-screen TV 65 inch and two sofa-beds, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee machine, hot water boiler, a dining table for four persons and a bathroom with shower, rain-type shower head and high-quality toiletries. It also provides iron facilities and hair-dryer.

Beautiful spacious home with gorgeous view!

Spacious and clean home with amazing view! Panos was super accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. Stay here while in Santorini! You won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay. Pictures are accurate. A spotless property. Extremely well equipped and comfortable. Hosts were excellent at all times of the booking and stay. One of us had an accident and the host couldn't do enough for us. Extremely helpful. Some lovely surprises for Greek Easter. Highly recommend for those who have a car.

Owner very quick to reply to all communication. Helpful with referral to local restaurants, supermarket, and other info. Beautiful property, clean, daily refresh and trash removal. No flushing toilet paper on the island. Able to wash a few clothing items in machine. No dryer but dried overnight outside. Hot tub was warm water but in the heat of June was nice. We rented car to explore island on our own. Highly recommend this place away from hustle of Thera & Oia but close enough to enjoy both.

Great place to Stay on Santorini

Panos has a great property. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, dining room, living room ,and a large deck. You get your own dedicated parking space. The is a washer and a rack to dry your clothes. What sets this property apart is that Panos and his parents have thought of everything. The unit is extremely comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. The property has a hot tub. It is in a great location. Panos communicates well. He is on top of things. The property has no negatives. Book quickly. I can't imagine it is open often. Thanks. Panos.

Beautiful spacious Villa!

Really enjoyed our stay in this modern contemporary home! The Owners live on the property and we’re very friendly and helpful. The location is a short drive from the airport and to The town of Thera (Fira). You do need a car to commute into town and recommended for touring the island.

Beautiful villa with every detail taken care of.

This property was perfect for four of us to spend 5 nights. Two lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Great living space for reading and relaxing, a kitchen that was one of the best equipped of any rental properties I've stayed at. The outdoors areas were lovely, lots of room to spread out and relax. We felt very taken care of here. Any time we needed anything, from a transfer (taxi), to dinner reservations, to extra towels, we just messaged Panos and he replied right away and made the necessary arrangements. Also, daily housekeeping was a very nice touch, something I have not experienced before with VRBO. Overall I would highly recommend Villa Makrilis

Wonderful oasis away from the crowds

We had a wonderful stay ~ loved the spacious patio, living room and kitchen. Days started with Nichol delivering a delicious breakfast and ended with stargazing from the hot tub. Easy access to Fira, south side beaches and Oia ~ do recommend a car for tucked away location.

Santorini

My wife and I chose this property as a way to relax for a few days during our trip to Greece. It is a perfect property for low season, within reasonable drive of everything we wanted to do. 3 minutes from Fira center and 15 minute drive from OIa. The property was very comfortable with every amenities required to include home made breakfast which was refreshing. Only point worth mentioning for potential needs would be that you must air dry washed clothing so remember to leave yourself time to air dry to prevent traveling with damp clothes.

If you are looking for an authentic experience. This is the place to stay. It's close to everything with a private driveway. We were surprised by home-cooked breakfast every day and the host made sure we had a great local experience.

Villa Makrilis was the perfect home for our 1st trip to Santorini

The home is amazing. Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, modern fixtures, and incredible outdoor patio with jacuzzi and breathtaking view. Panos and his family were very accommodating when our ferry arrived early - they let us relax on the patio and sip delicious coffee while the final preparations were made. While downtown Fira is definitely within reach (one quick stop away by bus or 20 min walk) we found some of the nearby restaurants there in Karterados to be delicious and authentic. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone considering Santorini.
