From beginning to end the sevice was impeccable. Mario who runs the property was always available and quick to get anything setup that we needed. They werw kind and accommodating. They made our anniversary a moment to remember and I only hope we can come back to this location even if it is for a couple nights!

Overall experience

The service was excellent. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I proposed to my girlfriend here and they helped put with whatever I needed. Highly recommend. The view is amazing from the terrace. Terrace and outdoor dining nook are great!.

As the name implies it is a cave , it is clean and nice and unique. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because of the bathroom, there seemed to be a sewage problem and i was instructed not to flush toilet paper in the toilet, but the real problem was it's smell, to be fair i stayed only one night and i didn't have time to discuss it with the staff.

Spectacular views.

The property was amazing. Just beware there are a lot of steps you have to walk down to get to your room (88 to our room to be exact). Some of them are very uneven, but it was worth it. The view was spectacular. Very comfortable unique property. Also, there are a bunch of stray cats, but they were not a problem, just entertaining.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in all of Europe. The property is perfectly located in Oai, lives up to the pictures and is next to the best restaurants, shopping and swimming locations. Mario was an amazing host and was essentially a built in travel agent; arranging transportation, activities and providing awesome recommendations across Santorini.

Love love love this hotel. Its super cool, a cave inside of a cliff. Accommodations are superb. But the pool and view make it extremely unique and enjoyable.

Great location and highly walkable to the popular spots. Sunbed and jacuzzi on the patio are absolutely wonderful looking to the sea view. The staff is friendly and carried our luggages for us. It was quite some climb so highy appreciated!
