O apartamento é bem novo, o prédio aparentemente foi recém entregue. Tudo estava limpo, bem equipado e aconchegante. Apenas tivemos problemas com a identificação facial eletrônica para entrar no prédio, mas tinha portaria 24 horas que liberou a entrada.

Bem localizado. Prédio e quartos reformados. Boa limpeza. Únicos pontos de observação são: 1) mancha na parede da sala (causada pelo ar condicionado aparentemente); 2) kit de higiene tinha só 3 mini sabonetes e um frasco pequeno de shampoo, mesmo sendo 2 hóspedes; 3) falta de toalha de piso no banheiro; 4) o acesso ao prédio via leitura facial não funcionou, tive que interfonar a portaria todas as vezes para entrar.

O quarto estava ok, predio novo. Porém faltam alguns itens basicos como por exemplo pano de prato na cozinha e o box do banheiro não fechava e não tinha como des artar os lixos reciclaveis.
