Terrible communication, rooms dirty, front desk staff with minimum, if any, intention to help. The communication only by wapp makes everything hard and delayed. Bugs in the bathroom made me complain twice, they tried to fix without lucky and could not switch my room due to lack of availability. Had some family visitors who went to visit me but they could not get in because they would need to be registered through the website and run all the hustle online, we had to stay outside, which is not the best safety option. Location is great but service and staff made my experience terrible.

No internet, since first day , I called by WhatsApp app, there’s nobody there to help. By the app, they just said to open a ticket to send someone there to fix the problem, nobody went there, every day the same . Horrible service, I need to work and used my cell data .
Nobody can help, no net, nothing
My previous stay in the same property 2 years ago was excellent. This time, the room seemed a little dated. It smelled of mold upon entering, bathroom shower had a broken tray so the bottles had to stay on the floor and dingy walls. The worst part was the lack of communication. I needed to extend my stay last minute and they never replied to any of my messages on WhatsApp, and the worse was when my brother and wife, came with me in order to assist with my check out could not enter the lobby, not even to wait for me there. Embarrassing and unjustifiable. They had valid documents, if asked for, and were there just to help me in the lobby to take my luggage, so this is not a justifiable security reason. I would not be using any of the Charlie properties again when visiting Brazil.
If you don't plan to use the swimming pool, it's better to stay at a proper hotel. Uploading the requested documents is a time-consuming and unreliable process. I arrived at the property close to midnight and wasn't sure whether I was registered or not.Congratulations on making efficient use of the space, but the table at the foot of the bed creates a claustrophobic feeling and makes it difficult to move around the bed.
This place wasn’t what I thought it was, it’s more of a studio apartment in a residential building. It’s modern construction but the unit I stayed in 1606 needed repairs. It has lovely views of the neighborhood though. Also everything is done through WhatsApp, unfortunately my check in information was never sent and when I showed up to reception they had no idea about anything , the reception is just there for the residents. But they had a nice gym and pool. And the door to the unit if an electronic lock which you are supposed to get a code the day before..supposed to anyway.
Clean. Good location. Great price. No parking though. Deluxe room is not better then standard room.

I felt unsafe! The door codes are not changed. It was my third time at this property and I realized the door code was the same as last time. In addition another guest tried to get into my room (this person had the code) saying the room was booked for her. Super disappointing!
In addition lamp was broken, toilet was not in good condition.
