O studio conta uma cama de casal, sofá cama de casal, cooktop, panelas, geladeira, mesa, roupa de cama/banho, shampoo e sabonete liquido. O prédio conta com lazer completo: Piscina, jacuzzi, solarium, quadra esportiva, espaço coworking com wifi, academia, brinquedoteca e sala de jogos. Obs: não conseguimos garantir o uso das áreas de lazer do prédio pois há manutenções imprevisíveis.
