駐車場を事前予約していたが、どちらも埋まっていて困った。その後、丁寧に対応していただいたことは、良かった。また、連泊した際のゴミ処理や掃除に困った。ゴミを出す場所の鍵番号の共有や、クイックルワイパーのような簡易的な掃除用具が欲しかった。

トイレが一つしかなくて大人数だと不便。また、シャワールームは二つあったが、とても狭くて不便。洗濯機は室外にあり、他の宿泊者と共同で使う様になっており、洗濯物を干すハンガーとスペースがないので、とても困った。

3日滞在しました。とても有意義に過ごせました。隣か、下の人の声はたまに聞こえます。浴槽はなくシャワーでした。常に電話のやり取りですが、問題なくやり取りして頂き、困ったこともその場で解決して行くことが出来ました。また利用したいと思いました(*^^*)

清掃に不備があるところがあったり、ティッシュペーパーが無いなどの不満点があった。近隣の環境はとても良く、満室だったのにも関わらず騒音が無くてとても満足した。無人ホテルなのにチェックインやチェックアウトがとてもスムーズで良かった。

快適でした!

鍵を開けるのにひと苦労しました。一軒家で3部屋あります。とても快適でした。宿にスタッフは見えませんが、毎回メールで誠実な対応で助かりました。またお伺いしたいと思います。

숙박은 만족합니다. 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 그런데 체크인이 너무 어려웠어요. 영어나 일어 못하면 이곳에 가심 안되구요. ㅋㅋ 체크인만 수월했다면 재방문의사도 있겠지만~~

初めて民泊に当たる施設を利用したのですが、ご飯を作って食べたり、風呂に入ったりと普段家で過ごすのと同じ感覚で旅行先で過ごせたのがすごい良かったです。

到着後ロビーでオペレーターとのやり取りがチャットなんですが、日本語が解らず翻訳機をマイクに近づけて、こちらに伝えてくれるのですが機械on機械なので音が解りずらかったです。画面がフリーズしたりするのもドキドキして不安になりましたが、部屋については食器やトースターなどがあって助かりました。ベッドもフカフカ。

綺麗でおしゃれで素敵なお部屋でした。掃除も行き届いており清潔で、とても快適でした。タブレットでのチェックイン、チェックアウトが少々分かりにくかったのと、洗面所が暗かったのが若干残念でしたが、全体的にとても満足です。また利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

静かな住宅街にあります。アパートのような作りでお部屋も水回りも清潔で快適、キッチンやレンジ等も完備してました。バスタオル、タオルは人数分用意がありました。車で移動だと問題ないけど公共機関でだとちょっと大変かなとも思います。
