The only pros was the hotel location. Selection of breakfast buffet was terrible and the start time of breakfast was later than other hotels, and very crowded due to its limited space.

Room was so crowded with unnecessary furniture, it was hard to move around. Feels like a standard double room (which was all I wanted) has had an extra bed shoved in to accommodate more guests

The location of this hotel is great. It is about 8 mins walk to Sapporo JR station and restaurants and shops. We stayed in a 3 persons room and each has a twin bed and are comfortable. The room feels small, a little old and the brown carpet is worn out and looks dirty.

It was good experience!

It's close to Sapporo station, easy to get around town, and the staff is very friendly. I stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was clean and I liked it. The room was smaller than I expected, so it was cramped if you put your suitcase, but it was not a big problem to stay. The large public bath was also conveniently located on the 2nd floor.

We booked 5 rooms and we had a nice stay. The hotel has a lounge where we can meet up in the evening. The lounge is the breakfast area in the morning if you booked with breakfast.

The property is overall spacious and clean. However, my advice to travellers who will use the coin laundry machines in the hotel is that you have to plan way in advance to secure a washing machine. There are only two washing machines in this hotel, one on 6/F and another one on 12/F, for all hotel guests… I did my laundry and the machine dried my clothes for an hour but it was still not even half dried.

Very nice hotel

I was really impressed by Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. Check-in was fast and friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is good too, only a short walk from Sapporo Station.
