Big and beautiful house in Sarasota Florida (home of siesta key beach #1 beach in USA ).This house can accommodate 14 people. 4 bedroom 5 bathrooms and 3000 sf are available for you and your family to have fun and create memories. A great heating pool is a big plus in this property, a laundry room with washer and dryer ,cribs (in case that you bring a baby) , nice back yard , ideal for a big family and a group of friends for birthdays party or just a simple family reunion, many restaurants, shopping and things to do in this area. Definitely the best place to be in Sarasota, came and enjoy this amazing city one of the most trendy places in Florida.

Dated and not very clean

This property is in need of some real TLC. Only supplies were partial roles of paper towel and TP. Nothing else. No wash clothes. Basic items you normally find in most VRBOs missing. Needs cleaned and remodeled big time. Bed sheets were old and did not fit. Won’t stay here again.

Perfect for large group

Not many rentals with five bathrooms!! This home is huge. We had a group of 12 and we never felt crowded. The only drawback was the pool heater wasn’t working and the pool water was only 74 degrees. Too cold to enjoy the pool.

A Good Group Accommodation

The house had ample space and included a large lanai and a pool where family members could gather together easily. However, when needed, the set up of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for complete privacy as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, stores and most importantly, the Sarasota airport. Should I need a large home again, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this one.

Great place for multiple families

Family trip, 3 families, 6 adults, and 5 grandkids under the age of 6. We had plenty room, every family had their own room/beds and connecting bathrooms. Pool area was great! Plenty of space, other than it would have been nice to have a bigger kitchen table, so everyone could sit together. Tiles in the Lani were slippery when wet, But they have plenty of towel to lay down, to avoid slipping. Quite neighborhood. 20 to 30 minutes from most beaches.

The property was exactly as described and fit our needs wonderfully. It’s is spacious and was like a home away from home. The patio and pool were awesome and we enjoyed them tremendously. I would stay here again and give it our recommendation.

Dirtiest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in

Things that are good Location Spacious Pool Things that are not ok -Broken toaster and toaster oven(owner brought new ones) -no remote to one tv (remote was delivered but no batteries) -not a washcloth in the place-(new wash cloths were delivered) -grime on the cupboards -gas grill only has one burner so it took an hour to grill burgers (new gas grill was delivered and assembled) -walls are dirty as is everything else. -broken glass outside the service door -holes is screen in pool cage. -refrigerator door clunks when you open it. -ceiling fans all wobbly -sheets on the twin size bed was not washed. -one toilet, after flushing it, makes such a loud noise, like the pipes are rattling apart. -one of the showers don’t work. -1/2 light bulbs burnt out -Interior bedroom and bathroom door locks don’t work

Pretty Good, not as pictured

The house was like it' pictures and i knew that the decor was a little dated and could use a makeover but that was ok. However, there was a blue tarp on the roof in the back of the home that was NOT disclosed. Also, the pool pump was super loud so it was hard to enjoy the pool and patio when it was on. Also, the shower in the front room by patio did not work. Other than these items the home was clean and the pool got a lot of use when we were there.

Great Location!!! Plenty of space!

We had a great trip and the house was perfect! We enjoyed our evenings in the heated pool. It was quiet and private but close enough to downtown and the beaches. The only thing the house didn't provide was shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Wedding Rehearsal Lunch

Thank you so much for the use of this home. My son’s wedding was in Sarasota. We had the rehearsal from 11am-Noon and then the entire family came to the house for a catered lunch and pool time. Then all the groomsmen and plus ones (11 of us) had plenty of room to sleep over.

Spring Break get away

The house was nice and big for all of us and the kids loved the pool. The rooms were nice and spacious. The kitchen could use some more basic cookware and silverware to accommodate more people. It would also be nice to maybe have more patio chairs and a bigger table to sit outside by the pool. The drive to Siesta Key and Venice beach were about 45 minutes when we visited in March. Great weather and lots of stores/restaurants close to the house.

Overall - good experience

I primarily picked this property for the pool. Very spacious patio and private yard. House was very spacious with many beds/bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Decor in the house was a little outdated, and the lanai around the pool needs some work as many of the screens had holes/ripped. Overall, the property worked well for us.

Nice big house in quiet neighborhood. Wonderful heated pool. Clean. There was a strong smell of cleaner in the garage/laundry area. Some doors were hard to shut. But overall a wonderful and interesting place with responsive landlord.

Lots of bathrooms! Only sleeps 10

The house is amazing, 4 bedrooms 5 bath. Nice quiet neighborhood with some friendly neighbors that we got the opportunity to interact with. We loved the pool and the big living area for our group to relax. Would stay here again, no questions asked. Unless you want to sleep on couches, I would say it’s better suited for 10 people, not 12
