Welcome to our recently updated, spacious 2-bedroom + DEN, 2-bath suite, located just steps from the world-renowned Siesta Key Public Beach.

The DEN is a fantastic option for two additional guests, offering a comfortable queen bed. While it provides a cozy and inviting space, please note that it is only partially private and cannot be fully enclosed to maintain proper air circulation for the AC. As such, it is not considered a true bedroom, but it’s a great choice for extra sleeping space in a pinch!

This bright and inviting second-level apartment boasts 1,200 sq/ft of comfortable living space, including two private patios and a partial Gulf view from the additional third room (den).

The suite is fully equipped for your convenience, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and two flat-screen TVs. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy the ease of 2 complimentary parking spaces (stacked behind each other).

Nestled in a small, intimate resort with only two large duplexes, Gumbo Limbo Vacation Rentals offers a tranquil environment and access to a gorgeous black-bottom waterfall pool. Lounge by the pool, or fire up the BBQ for a delightful meal under the sun—everything you need for the perfect vacation.

We actually moved to the Royal Palm suite. It was our fault on deciding on the wrong named one and the hosts had no issues with our move. Royal Palm is probably the best for families. Three levels and balconies in each level with beach views. Lots of steps. For longer stays bring the necessities as it only has starter supplies. (TP, laundry detergent, paper towels...)

It just exactly as described. The pictures are accurate, spotless, grounds and landscaping are beautiful!!! Easy check in and out. The weather was terrible as we were leaving, cleaning crew was very patient with us as we loaded vehicles. Walk across street to ocean, bike ride or walk to down town restaurants, stores conveniently located. Highly recommend

Spring Break getaway

Perfect spot for family of 4. Short walk to beach and less than 15 minute walk to Village. Pool was great, very clean. Only thing it can use is new TV in family room, not a great TV for March Madness.

Beautiful home

We have been traveling to Siesta Key for over 20 yrs. Having stayed at multiple different places we can easily say this was one of our favorites. We normally stay closer to the village but the walk was not bad even in the colder weather. Everything was as it appears on the website. The backyard is like your own oasis ! We would highly recommend to family and friends.

We had a mostly positive experience! The location can’t be beat. The pool is just as beautiful and nice in person as the pictures. We did have an issue with having to be very quiet. We were in the upstairs apartment and because of the wooden floors, any noise we made disturbed the guests staying below us. Other than that issue, we had a great stay and would love to come back.

Awesome location, clean property!

My family stayed at this property in Mid July 2024. The location is absolutely wonderful! It is a short walk to a more private beach access point. This was great because the beach wasn't anywhere near as crowded as the public beach down the street. The property was very clean inside and the outside was well maintained. The pool was very nice, although like bath water in mid-July but that is to be expected. There is lots of storage in the master bedroom which was awesome. I would have rated 5 stars if it weren't for the outdated and uncomfortable spring mattresses in the master and 2nd bedroom with the twin beds. Comfortable beds are an important part of vacation so that you can rest and wake up feeling refreshed. The bed in the master was so uncomfortable that my wife and i woke up daily in pain due to the old spring mattress that sagged to the middle. If this property gets new, more comfortable mattresses it would definitely be 5/5 stars.

Great location

We had another wonderful stay. The property is clean and in a great location across from the beach. The trolley (free) pick up is at the corner of the street, making it easy to get up to the village and back. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. They do need some new beach chairs as several were broken and uncomfortable. The pool is beautiful, and the water was warm in July. Looking forward to our next trip.

Location, location, location!

Our whole family stayed in the Key West Suite. The suite was clean when we arrived. Check in was very straight forward and easy. The property is very close to the beach. My wife and I woke up early and took a walk on the beach on our way to grab some coffee at one of the local coffee shops each morning. Easily walkable to shopping and restaurants or take the trolley. The pool is great. We used it everyday. The only issue we had was the dryer wasnt working when we arrived but all it took was a quick text to Virginia and she had a handy man there within hours to get it fixed. All in all it was a great stay! We loved it!
