Waterfront Pool Home - Amazing Sunsets Included

Beautiful property overlooking little Sarasota bay. Tucked away on a very quite street minutes from shopping, restaurants, and beaches. This home has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a grand living area for everyone to enjoy taking in seemingly panoramic views of the bay. All three bedrooms offer glass sliding doors out to the spacious patio and bay front pool. There is a great grass area also bay front with fencing along the water, great for children to play. The dock offers a platform lift which for launching your kayaks. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed facing the glass sliding doors for a great view of the pool and bay to wake up to in the mornings. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin-size beds. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The great room is furnished with a large sofa for watching the 55" flat screen TV, the dining area has an 8 seating dining room table. The Kitchen is equipped with 5-piece stainless steal appliance set including gas range, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 month minimum reservation required with the exception of 2 weeks minimum a maximum of 30 days in advance.

Pets accepts on a case by case basis and with additional pet fee.

Uncomfortable, Uncared for property with a view

Settled in for what I hoped would be a month long retreat from the cold. Property looked great online. And the view was great. But there wasn't a comfortable place to sit in the house. No chairs accept the dining room. And the couch was old and worn. We had to bring a patio chair inside for my father to sit in. Plumbing issues, furniture that was falling apart both inside and out, the patio furniture was rusting and literally crumbling beneath us, and just a general lack of care. And I paid A LOT! We had trouble with the television, septic backed up, washing machine, didn't work. Yet, at no time did the owner, who apparently owns several properties, offer any consideration for our inconvenience and discontent. I felt sorry for the property manager. But sorrier for me and my family.

VRBO pics did not match property!

The outdoor space did not match the pics on VRBO. The landscaping had been let go and much of the backyard was scrubby weeds and dying vegetation. Patio furniture was rusted and stained. We spent the month of January at the home and a landscaper came by once, with just a leaf blower. No cutting, no trimming. Did not realize until arrival that the pool is not heated. In addition, the bedding and rugs need updating. The management company did bring in a new BBQ grill and new pillows after we complained, and also refunded the cleaning fee. Would not issue any additional refund, as requested. Make me afraid to use VRBO in the future.

Amazing view with privacy!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was amazing! We had a 19 month old and he loved the pool. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked and amazing. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful peaceful location

Our stay in Vamo was incredibly relaxing. Watching sunsets nightly with incredible views is enough make me want to rent the house again in the future. The pool was clean and maintained weekly by the pool maintenance company as was the landscaping and lawn. Justin, from the management company, was efficient and patient handling our needs. Some updating is needed throughout the house as well as outside by the pool. But overall a beautiful experience!

Wonderful stay

Breathtaking million dollar view of the intercoastal. The house was completely loaded with amenities --there wasn't one thing that we needed while staying here--this house had it all. Great location with COSTCO, Publix, Sprouts, Total Wine- all, literally 5 min away and Siesta Key not much further. The master king was very comfortable. Hated to leave! There is one weird issue however with the second bathroom. It's extremely small and the tub needs a major facelift.
