Stayed at the Gray Horse for four nights Jan-Feb 2026. Even though the temps were COLD outside, the location is great and the walk to town was fine. The house is clean, and welcoming. Loved the gas fireplace. All rooms were nicely furnished. The few times I needed to reach out to the host, he responded quickly. Would recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks, Brandon!

Beautiful comfortable home, walking distance to town

The house was very clean when we arrived. It contained all the essential kitchen items with a few luxury items as well. The beds were comfortable. We prepared and ate a few meals at home and it was very comfortable setting to dine and gather with a small group of friends. The kids played card games on the large kitchen table. The dog was happy. The host was kind responsive informative and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and would stay here again if available.Thank you.

July 2024 stay

We go on an annual couples trip every year. This location is a perfect location between the track and downtown. You could walk to either and it was nice that on our way back from the track we could easily drop items off before going out. Check in and out process was easy. The house was stocked with the essentials. If you plan on doing cooking I would recommend brining some seasoning (they had pepper & salt). For anyone wondering about the coffee situation the kitchen was stocked with both a Keurig and drip pot. They had k cups stocked. The owner was great at communicating and easy to get ahold of for questions. I went back early one night and felt safe staying by myself. We will definitely be rebooking.

Family weekend

Needed a place to stay for my daughter's baby shower over the weekend. We were very comfortable at Brandon's place. It was clean and cozy. Brandon responds very quickly there's no guessing, would definitely recommend for families and pets!
