House in the heart of Sarlat for 4 people

Set off to discover Sarlat-la-Canéda, an authentic city, which will seduce you with its picturesque streets and its numerous historical activities. A magnificent old house, rich in character, will welcome you for your stay, with its unique and charming decoration, decorated with exposed beams. However, you will find all the comfort and equipment you need for a pleasant vacation in the heart of Sarlat.



First of all, you will discover a welcoming and colorful living room, equipped with its sofa, armchair, television and a table for your meals. Next door, you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker as well as all the utensils needed to cook good meals. You will also have an independent WC.



To reach the first floor, you will have to take a very narrow spiral staircase. You will access the first bedroom, whose period decoration will charm you, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200). You will also find a shower room with WC, as well as a small adjoining room with a single bed, which can be used as an additional bed if necessary.



On the top floor, you will have access to the second bedroom with Queen Size bed (160/200) and the second bathroom with WC.

A washing machine and two hair dryers are available.



Regarding parking, you will find free parking 450 m from the house.

Parking on Boulevard Eugène le Roy, in front of the house, is free in January, February, March, November (from 15) and December. Outside these periods, parking is chargeable from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm. It is free on Sundays and public holidays from 01/04 to 14/06 and from 16/09 to 15/11.
