House in the heart of Sarlat for 4 people

Set off to discover Sarlat-la-Canéda, an authentic town that will seduce you with its picturesque streets and numerous historical activities. A magnificent old house, rich in character, will welcome you for your stay, with its unique and charming decoration, adorned with exposed beams. You will find all the comfort and necessary amenities to spend pleasant holidays in the heart of Sarlat.



You will first discover a welcoming and colourful living room, equipped with its sofa, armchair, television and a table for your meals. Just next door, you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking good meals. You will also have an independent toilet.



To access the first floor, you will need to use a very narrow spiral staircase. You will reach the first bedroom, whose period decoration will charm you, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200). You will also find a bathroom with WC, as well as a small adjoining room with a single bed, which can serve as additional sleeping space if needed.



On the top floor, you will access the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and the second bathroom with WC.

A washing machine and two hairdryers are at your disposal.



Regarding the parking, you will find a free car park 450 m from the house.

A few kilometres away, you will find iconic sites of the region, such as the Lascaux Caves, medieval castles, or typical villages of the Périgord Noir. For food lovers, do not miss tasting local specialities like foie gras, truffles, and confits.



This location benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout the stay for personalised services.

During the stay, there will be no renewal of household linen, nor cleaning.

The Sundhouse Place car park is the closest to the house. It offers free parking throughout the night all year round. Fees apply for daytime parking from mid-June to mid-September.



Parking on Boulevard Eugène le Roy, in front of the house, is free in January, February, March, November (from the 15th) and December. Outside of these periods, parking is paid from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm. It is free on Sundays and public holidays from 01/04 to 14/06 and from 16/09 to 15/11.
