This cozy vacation rental has a floor area of approximately 40 m² and features a living room with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway with a kitchenette (refrigerator, 2 hot plates, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), and, of course, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It is located on the first floor and has direct access to the outdoors through the patio door. Here you can wind down after an eventful day of vacation.
Parking is extremely convenient, as each apartment has its own assigned parking space.

The Landpension Dubnitz is located just a short distance from the Baltic Sea beach in Prora, right on Bäderstraße between Sassnitz and Binz. Here, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts, you can enjoy an idyllic and relaxing vacation.
The apartment building features ten comfortably furnished vacation apartments and two double rooms of varying sizes and amenities, accommodating two to five people.
The large property offers plenty of opportunities to unwind. You’ll find a covered barbecue area, a small playground with a slide, seesaw, and swing, as well as a simple games and sports hall for fun and socializing. Here, you can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and foosball.
During the colder months, guests of the property even have free access to a small family sauna.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space, as well as a terrace or balcony.
