Laid-Back Luxury in Saugatuck (Pets Considered)

Experience Saugatuck in a spacious, custom home with ample indoor and outdoor space for entertaining while still just 5 short blocks from everything downtown Saugatuck has to offer. This home features a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room and basement for relaxing with your group, a comfortable workspace, a patio off the kitchen that's ideal for sipping coffee in the morning, and another large patio outside with a fire pit and grill.

This home is a 4 bedroom ranch with all 4 bedrooms on the main floor.

The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a large private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There are three additional bedrooms and another full bath and half bath on the main floor.

The basement area is equipped with a foosball table, 50 inch TV, bar-height table for hanging out as a group, pullout couch, and 3/4 bathroom.

The outdoor area has a patio off the kitchen and just down the stairs, there’s a grill with an outdoor dining set. A fire pit looking over the woods is available for our guests’ use as well.

A workspace including a desk and comfortable office chair is located in one of the queen bedrooms on the main floor.

The house all includes a washer/dryer in the spacious laundry room.

Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are available for our guests’ use as well.

Pets Considered: Due to the high-end carpeting throughout the bedroom and stairway, well-behaved and house-trained pets will be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please message for details. Written approval must be received prior to booking.

Wonderful family get away

This property was perfect for our family group. It was spotlessly clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. Location is great- in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance from downtown Saugatuck. Hosts are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Laid back luxury

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean and has nice extras like the fireplace, fire pits, kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware. The location was good, just a short walk to restaurants and stores. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

The location is perfect and walkable to everything in town. The owner is very accommodating. We enjoyed everything about this home. It was winter so we didn’t get to take advantage of the yard - but it was amazing too

Amazing stay!!!

We absolutely loved staying at this rental home. It was spotless on arrival. The back yard is amazing and fully fenced in with a view of the forest. Gorgeous and private. The beds were so comfortable. A short ride from town but easily walkable. We were very happy and will rent again!

Beautiful house

The house was better than expected! The pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean and everything you could need was there- extra towels, beach chairs and toys, paper towel, dish rags etc. It was very hot and the A/C worked wonderfully. Big back yard and walk to town was 10-15 min which was great because parking in town is challenging! Had a wonderful stay.

Saugatuck getaway

This was our 2nd year staying at this beautiful home. Our family loved sitting out in the private backyard and using the fire pit at night. The house and property are beautifully maintained. Audrey is responsive and always answers questions promptly. You are blocks from downtown Saugatuck, but far enough to enjoy quiet time at the house!

Perfect! Better than the pictures!

We were celebrating my wife's 50th with our 4 adult children and a couple of their partners. So our priorities were 5 private sleeping areas, a great room to gather, eat, hangout + hangout, and finally being close to town so we could walk instead of driving two cars. This house was PERFECT! Including the great room is even better than the pictures on VRBO! I walked in the front door and my eyes lit-up!

Easy town and beach living

This property is newly renovated with a comfortable modern vibe. It easily accommodated a multigenerational group with open floor plan and beautiful yard. Walk a few blocks to town or take the shuttle that stops next door. Oval beach is a short drive. The owners have stocked this house with necessary toiletries, cleaning supplies and kitchen items. There are a couple of beach chairs we enjoyed as well as beach towels and extra sun screen. we would stay again.

Beautiful home with a great location

This home is fabulous!! It suited our needs and them some for our daughter's wedding weekend. Very spacious with lots of meeting spaces when family stopped by pre and post ceremony. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped with top of the line appliances, and the fenced in yard and porch made it very safe for our twin one year old and our three year old grandsons. It was a short walk into town and the yard was very private and quiet . The owner Audrey was quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect stay for a family gathering

This was our first time visiting Saugatuck and we were there to celebrate a major milestone birthday for my mother. It was a multigenerational family gathering with young teenagers, parents and grandparents. We all had a great time! Audrey was such an amazing host and was so responsive and helpful. She offered so many yummy suggestions for dining in the area and helped me plan our stay. The house was exactly as featured and I loved having all the bedrooms on the main floor especially for my older parents and their mobility. And the house - so beautiful, clean and peaceful. Everyone felt they had a good amount of space, privacy when needed and enough comfy open space to gather in and have fun. Thank you for making our first trip to Sagautuck so memorable! We hope to make it back next year!

Our group overall voted best house we’ve had in Saugatuck! Clean, and pretty much felt brand new. Close enough to walk to town but yard feels quiet and private. Host was quick to respond and easy check in/out.

Great getaway for the family

As other reviewers have mentioned, this property is newly remodeled and VERY clean. While we didn't cook much, the kitchen did have everything we needed. The bedding was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch and there was another outdoor area for lounging. The property is a short walk to downtown. The host was fast to respond to any questions and when we did have one small issue, it was resolved quickly. There were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella which were great to take to the beach. The pictures are exactly how the property looks (or even better in person) and would highly recommend staying here.

The house was great. Beautiful and spacious. Loved the kitchen and family room. Since it was more winter than spring we used the fireplace and stretched out on the large sectional. I would rent again and maybe this time in summer!
