Adorable renovated Studio in Saugatuck. This cottage is perfect for 2 people. This cottage is in Saugatuck and walking distance to parks, fishing dock, chain ferry, all restaurants, bars, galleries, arts center and everything else Saugatuck has to offer. This Studio is part of a historic farm house in Saugatuck that dates back to the 1800's and has been totally updated and renovated. This cottage has a queen bed. It is air conditioned with a large smart TV with soundbar. It is the perfect spot for the quick getaway you deserve! This cottage is attached to the main farmhouse but does have its own entrance and all its own amenties and has a large buffer between the two which is a utility room. *Please note that the current pictures are temporary only during renovation and will be updated soon.

By renting this cottage the below is agreeing to the following terms:

(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED):

1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is parking for one car on the gravel area next to the cottage. There is a sign that says Lucy Lucy parking. You may also park in any legal spot on the street.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm. This cottage is also attached to another cottage called the farmhouse so please keep noise levels down and be considerate to other guests.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) Hot tub towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels for hot tub.
14.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
*Disclosure: There may be cameras with sound at outside entrances of cottages ONLY.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
