Minarvon is a beautifully decorated two bedroom apartment sleeping four with lift access just a short walk from the heart of Saundersfoot with its picturesque harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Minarvon benefits from a spacious living area with a plush L shaped sofa and chair offering guests ample seating to kick back and relax in front of the large flat screen TV. ( Please note: the L shaped sofa is a pull out sofa bed sleeping one child upon request. ) Just off the living area you will find the kitchen with everything needed to cook up a storm including a coffee machine and a dining table with seats for four guests. The master bedroom boasts a King sized bed and the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with a full sized walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom is a beautifully decorated twin room making Minarvon the perfect property for a family holiday. The family bathroom consists of a bath/shower toilet and hand basin. Minarvon has off street, under cover parking for one car, additional available first come first serves and a communal outdoor patio area with seating. Please note: This property does not allow pets.

Very clean and well appointed apar tment, comfortable, easy parking . Only negative was the key to the main door was very difficult to turn .
