Being offered for the very first time as a summer rental. Gorgeous 5bedroom in the beautiful family neighborhood of Pettasquamscut Shores. 5 minute walk to access the private beach. There’s a boat launch there. Bring your kayaks and Jet skis. Nice yard with a fire pit, patio set and bbq. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. All new bedding/ mattresses. Each bedroom will have queen beds, down stairs the patio access thru a bedroom. Beautiful deck. All brand new beds, mattresses, kitchen island, patio sets and grill.

Overall house was clean however house needs maintenance. Carpet on stairs has stains, paint scraped off bathroom baseboards, coffee table chipped, curtain rods in living room hanging up by 3m strips. Photos that are posted are AI, disappointed in the house.

Basic but nice

The property was clean, recently renovated and is in a nice location with easy access to beaches. The essentials were provided (soap, toilet paper, etc) and the kitchen was relatively well-stocked. There is no air conditioning at all, which was really difficult with the high summer temperatures. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and one additional fan was provided but we bought additional fans to help the air circulate more, especially in the living room/kitchen area. The living room area is small, without enough space for the 8 people staying there to sit at once.
