What a beautiful and historic home. It was perfect for our family of 3! We would definitely recommend this home to any of our friends and family. It is a short walk to Forsyth Park. It’s a little walk to City Market, but not too bad and you get to see all of the beautiful sites on the way. Highly recommended home to stay in.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Being a couple blocks from Forsyth park was ideal with our dogs. They loved it! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. We could easily walk mostly everywhere! The house could use some fresh paint in certain places though.

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed having morning coffee in the cozy courtyard. From the house we walked to dinner, shops, and some of Savannah's most well known historical sites. Parking in the historic district is a challenge; the dedicated parking space in the back of the property was a plus. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, very comfortable. We found it to be walkable to most of the things you'd want to see and do. We have kids so factor that in to these times... Roughly 10 minutes to Forsyth, 15-20 minute walk to a ton of restaurants (Oglethorpe or Broughton), too far to walk to Plant District.

We picked The Whippet House due to its close proximity to family in the area and allowed our dog to come with us. It was everything we wanted. We appreciated all the pots and pans etc in the kitchen. The house was clean and no dog smells. Easy to walk to Forsyth Park.
