Entire home. Front entry has its own private driveway with path to front door and patio space.

Immediately greeted by the living room, kitchen w/ island and additional barstools and formal dining table all for an open concept feel perfect for entertaining. Murphy bookshelf you can leave opened or closed for convenience and contains local brochures, maps and magazines for your enjoyment.
Living room couch pulls out to a queen sized bed with additional sheets/pillows in the casing side and blue accent chair also pulls out to a sleeper.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find an Insta worthy accent wall with neon sign greeting you to Savannah.

Hallway to the left has a Ecobee Thermostat, 3 bedrooms +Bonus Room and a full bathroom. All w/ suede hangers, suit case stand, and ceiling fans to cool down from the summer heat.

To the right you have a bonus room that can turn into a 4th bedroom. Has a workout station, game space, office station, futon that has memory foam padding to turn into a bed and lounge/reading space that has a green accent chair that pulls out into a sleeper.

Spacious laundry room with additional amenities: grill topper for firepit, grill set, volleyball, football, umbrellas (when it rains it pours), hair dryer, ironing board, etc.

2nd full bathroom has the walk in full tile shower.

Backyard has the insta worthy faux greenery backdrop with lounge chairs patio umbrella, additional picnic table w/ solar powered umbrella, powered lights around the palm tree, pathway to fire pit with 6 additional adirondeck chairs & hanging lights around, putting green, corn hole, and doggy bags for convenience. Please pick up after pets. Do not leave trash in firepit, remove any trash and bags and place in trash bin.

We enjoyed our stay, it was a great space for our wedding weekend! The backyard was extremely spacious and the kids LOVED it! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The space was very well put together and clean, plus extremely cute in the decor aspect!

Savannah getaway

My wife and I decided to do an impromptu last minute trip to Savannah, Billy was extremely helpful with the checkin process and was very quick to answer back to any questions we had. The home is 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, perfect location to get to and from downtown quickly.

Perfect Retreat!

We went to Savannah for my husband’s birthday and needed a place for the family to stay in. This home was great. Nice, open spaces to relax in and coffee, extra soaps were available to us.The 20 minute drive to the waterfront area was very easy and close enough to take an Uber.Sharleen was very responsive and were able to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Clean home

The home was very clean with plenty towels and space for everyone. They supplied everything but food. Even had toiletries in case we forgot something. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. We left FL before hurricane Milton and appreciated being allowed to bring our dog.

I sent my husband on an early Bbday surprise trip to Savannah to spend time with his father who he hasn't seen in years. I picked this home because of the gym and family entertainment available. The home did not disappoint. It was clean and spacious. My husband enjoyed working out daily and we both appreciated the fact that he didn't bring home any dirty clothes because he could wash there. The host was also very pleasant, responsive and thoughtful. Not only do I highly recommend this home to others, but if we're in the area, I would for sure choose this home again, as there was plenty of space and activities for a family. Thanks!

Excellent Communication by Host

Check in was easy and as described. The home is small, but the layout and bedding options were plenty comfortable even though we had the max number of people (12).Little extras (toothbrushes, shampoo, spare razors, etc) were appreciated! Home was stocked with TP, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc.I do not expect perfection, but I do expect to have friendly and prompt communication when issues pop up or the need arises. We happened to have a few things happen during our stay but Sharlene was very quick to respond and resolve our issues. Can’t ask for anything more!Parents, please note: the backyard space was wonderful and used for hours as we brought children. It was a nice place to spread out, play, drink coffee etc. However, there are areas that would be unsafe for toddlers unsupervised. These are marked by signage (mainly overgrowth and some debris). Not a big deal if you are aware, but this is not a yard where you can let littles out alone.Overall, we had a good stay and look forward to being in Savannah again!

Es una casa amplia, estaba limpia. Tienen que renovar el sofa y algunos colchones no fueron comodos y el sofa estaba realmente sucio. Lo malo fue que La primera noche el baño ppal se tapo y no se pudo utilizar mas y se desbordó horrible, el check out era a las 11 y la sra de limpieza llego a las 10:15
