Located up the stairs on the fourth floor of this multiple unit town-home, Liberty Blue boasts with natural light, tree-lined views, and crisp furnishings. Up-to four Lucky guests can stay here without having to compromise location.

Enter into your private foyer - a perfect place to stow your shoes, and umbrellas before heading upstairs. Just a top of the stairs you will find that the space is filled with plenty of natural light, and offers a split living floor plan.

The dining room table seats up to four guests, open to the living space and kitchen, which is great for entertaining. The kitchen has received a recent revamp, and boasts with crisp white cabinets. All of the modern conveniences one could wish for are included, which is ideal for short-term or extended stays! Also just off of the kitchen, you will find the charming bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Across from the dining room, you will find the first bedroom that offers a queen size bed and plenty of privacy. Moving into the living space, you will be pleased with an ample amount of comfortable seating for your entire group. Unwind and catch up on your favorite shows on the large flat screen television located in the center of the living room.

Toward the back of the home, enter into the "primary" bedroom that offers a king-size bed and tons of space to store your belongings! When a quiet nights rest is due, you will want to unwind in this room.

You’ll be staying right next to many popular brunch spots! After breakfast, spend some time wandering around Colonial Park Cemetery, the final resting place of many of Savannah’s earliest residents. Location Location Location

Our second time visiting Savannah. This apartment was a great balance of quiet, spacious and walkable location! After we understood which outside door to enter ( far left from parking spot/red door top of steps) we were set. Steps to apartment 50. We had no problem with this after we got our suitcase in. Great restaurants, museums and parks close by!

Parking spot was only issue

The availability of the parking spot without paying was a great idea however the parking spot has a large light pole behind it making access in and out impossible for our SUV when vehicles from other apts were parked in their assigned spots beside us. Otherwise the apt was great! Clean and location for walking couldn’t have been better!

This place was perfect. The location, roomy, and very clean. The pictures are accurate. We were able to walk to the parks, resturants and the river. Everything we needed right there. We were pleased. If you have a problem with stairs that would be the only draw back.

Perfect place!

This property was exactly what we had hoped for in Savannah! Walking distance to a lot of things but quiet at night. The place was comfortable and well taken care of. Yes there are stairs but we didn’t think that was a big deal. Great place!

Liberty Blue on Liberty Street

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Liberty Blue apartment on Liberty Street in Savannah. The property's location is excellent, with easy walking access to Jones Street, River Street, several historical houses for tour, and the Telfair Museums. The living room in this apartment is outstanding -- it is large, with natural light and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated, and provide the expected amenities with a tasteful design. Both bedrooms are comfortable, although the smaller of the two is not well endowed with storage. It should be noted that, in order to access this apartment unit, guests must ascend (and then descend) two long, steep interior staircases, together with a shorter external staircase that ascends from the parking lot to the entryway. On arrival and departure, you will presumably need to accomplish this with heavy pieces of luggage. If one is reasonably fit and determined, these endeavors should not pose a problem, but if you expect and depend on the convenience of hotel elevators, this may not be the property for you. Similarly, the unit is inappropriate for those who have mobility challenges.

Great location/lots of stairs

Loved its central location and the included parking spot was a definite bonus. Updated interior, nice tv's and very comfortable bed. Would stay there again but there are lots of steps to manage which may be an issue for elderly guests or those with physical limitations.

Our first VRBO experience and we loved it!

We have never tried a VRBO or similar type rental before. We were in Savannah to drop our daughter off for her first year at scad, and it seemed we needed more space than a hotel room would provide. The location was perfect! Not a far walk at all from her freshman dorm for us to visit her while she settled in, and also easy walking to everything we wanted to do while in town. I chose this one in particular because of the lower price and the included parking. We didn't have any trouble at all with finding the location or parking both our vehicles, a regular sized car and a full size large SUV. If you pull your first vehicle in all the way, it's easy enough to maneuver around the telephone pole. But we barely drove also since it was enjoyable to walk to all our destinations, even in the rain. We weren't expecting rain and we're so happy to have large sized umbrellas available in the rental that brought along with us often just in case. We loved the easy access to the back parking area and also being able to enter from the front porch on Liberty. We didn't realize at first that the door to our rental needed to be manually locked; we assumed it locked automatically like the doors to the outside did. Whoops. We also never heard or saw anyone, so it probably wouldn't have even been a concern. I appreciated the old building aesthetic, even the peeling paint. I loved the "lobby", the small fireplaces, the wood floors and the wood stairs. We didn't have any trouble with the amount of stairs and we came and went all day long for our 5 day stay. The kitchen is very nice, even though we didn't use it because of all the great restaurants we wanted to try. Beds were comfy. I really loved the lit mirror in the bathroom. The air temp was hot when we checked in, but we turned it down right away and once we got back from dinner it was nice and cold inside. Only negatives were the bath mats in the bathroom, the only part that felt unsanitary to me. The throw rugs through out did seem worn and stained, but I also could tell they were regularly cleaned so it didn't bother me as much as the bath mats. I also did not like the shower head at all, it felt like mist to me without much water pressure. We would definitely stay here again, overall was a great experience.

NOT what is advertized in my opinion

PLEASE PLEASE read! First of all PLEASE buy trip insurance, I had NO idea that my 86 yr old mother would take a bad fall a couple of days before I was to leave. I called the property manager the week before we were to arrive and was advised I would have needed to cancel 30 days prior to check-in. This was a lot of money to lose, based on that my husband decided he would take care of my mother and for my daughter and myself should go. We left on Monday 6/27/22 when we arrived we were NOT expecting to climb 50 steps to get up the the apartment. To carry luggage and a few grocies was a task. The place was cute and clean but the parking was ATROCIOUS. There is designated parking if that is what you want to call it. NO WAY for us to get into the space because there is a telephone pole blocking the space, a van that was to far over on their space and the attorney's office workers in their designated spots. I called the property manager and they said they would call me right back but never did. I had to wait unitl the workers for the law office left and maneuver very carefully into it. The place was not as centrally located as originally thought. We stayed on Monday night and left Tuesday when I received a call from my husband that his father had been admitted for a heart attack. We tried to get out of our parking space and in the process damaged my truck. This parking will NOT accommodate tandem parking unless you are riding a motorcycle. I personally would NOT rent this VRBO again. I have traveled all over the world and ALWAYS stay in a VRBO I have never experienced anything like this. Please know that you will be climbing 50 steps up and down. I do suggest you take the trolly tour it was VERY informative. We ate at a Thai restaurant called CO which was amazing. As we only stayed one night so I have nothing else to suggest. I think you should look at other places.

The Perfect Location to EVERYTHING!!

This place was amazing and you can literally walk to everything. Came with reserved parking which is a huge plus in this area. The unit was very spacious, super clean and very comfortable. The entire building has allot of character and old world charm. The unit is located on a very busy street and in a building with several other units and not once did we hear any noise from the street or the other visitors. However, it does in fact have allot of stairs 1 long flight of stairs from parking lot up to enter way and then another large flight of stairs up to unit door way and then another large flight of stairs inside unit eatery way up to main living area in the unit... The stairs didn't bother us at all but keep that in mind when renting. If you have knee issues or any kind of leg issues this unit will be a challenge especially when loading suite cases up to the unit on day of arrival.... No elevator in this building. I would most certainly rent this unit again and would refer to other renters. Loved everything about this area and we walked to eat at the many new by restaurants. We also did allot of shopping in this area as well... We walked to the river one evening for a lovely dinner at Huey's.

Perfect Location

Liberty Blue is the perfect location. It is located right in the middle of the historic district. We walked everywhere from Forsyth Park to River Street. The apartment was bright, cheery, spacious and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the water pressure in the shower was low, but there was plenty of hot water. We would stay here again.

In the perfect location to experience the historic district. Super easy check in and check out. The rental was fabulous, comfortable, roomy and lots of little things to make it feel like home. Even extra blankets and pillows. The bed was amazing!! There are a lot of stairs. Yes, its 4 floors but they are very tall floors. This wasnt a deal breaker but beware if you have any mobility issues. The kitchen had everything you need for a quick meal including salt and pepper. The laundry detergent and coffee filters was a nice addition. The shower water didnt get as hot as I would like, but to be fair I take really hot showers. It was nice to have parking but there is a pole right in the way. The first night we couldnt fit in our spot because the people in the next parking space were parked in tandem and not over where they should be. They left the next day so no more issues. Would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect!! The location is amazing, super clean, super comfy and convenient. We walked or took the free trolley everywhere. The early check in and late check out was easy to do also. I will definitely be back!!

This property was very clean and in a great location. The private parking was a great perk. We didn't move our car until it was time to checkout as everything is within walking distance. Just be mindful that there's quite a few stairs. Overall I highly recommend this place!!!

Great, quiet, getaway.

Space was nice and well lit. The building is from the 1800’s so seeing a little wear was perfectly fine for us. Communication with management was great as well. The location of this property was fantastic. Super close to everything while far enough to not hear the action. Also a huge bonus to have onsite parking. We have stayed closer to the water before and it gets loud at night. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very large and very nice. Lots of stairs.

The very large unit included two very large bedrooms and a very large living space including a full kitchen and bath. Everything I needed was available. Check -in was effortless. If you have a lot of bags plan accordingly as there is quite a climb.
