Well we were very disappointed For starters, the room didn't look like it was cleaned, there was garbage behind the beds, the bathroom toilet seat was broken & stained, the bathroom smelled of old urine with cigarette burns on bath tub. The hot & cold water in the shower was reversed. There were open holes in the walls where smoke detectors were supposed to be, it was very hard to sleep with the AC going off like Jet engine, a TOTAL disaster. I can't believe this place is associated with Wyndham Rewards & Expedia.com, I am giving this place a negative review on Yelp as well. The only reason we didn't go to the front office with complaint is because we had driven all day and were very tired. Well couldn't wait to get out of that place, we changed our plans and left very early.

Terrible hotel. Basically section 8 housing for people who don’t want to work and just smoke cigs all day, with a few rooms left open so they can still say it’s a hotel. Nasty dirty. Door cards never worked, had to get a card replaced every day. Customer service counter closed from 10pm until morning Friday Saturday Sunday. So no way to get cards replaced so we could get in our room. Employees are total a-holes who don’t want to work there and act like every request or question is going to be the one that makes them snap. Floors so gross you have to wear shoes in your room. Greasy like they mopped the floor with bacon. 10/10 would not recommend. Terrible experience

Forget Wyndham

As has become common, the quality of this brand has left much room for improvement. The air conditioner was extremely loud and had to be turned off when it was time to sleep. While I was in a no-smoking room, the bathtub had what appeared to be cigarette burns on the tub rim. There was a terrible odor that I thought the dumpster was just outside my door. And lastly, there was no refrigerator in the room. I believe in the future I will skip any Wyndham branded hotels.
