Perfect location for Sayulita, close enough to easily walk to the centre of town (12-15 mins walk) but nicely set in a quiet area. Beach access was ideal, literally just a couple of minutes walk away. Property overall is extremely well maintained, we lacked nothing. Communication with Rob was always prompt and courteous. Very much enjoyed the stay, highly recommend!

Amazing stay in a perfect location

This unit was absolutely perfect for my husband and I! Excellent location (in the north end and SO close to the beach) and the accommodations were lovely. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to come back!

Fantastic place to stay. Easily walkable to all areas of the town, especially the beach (2 min walk). Towards the quieter end of town and better beach areas. Owners are very nice and extremely accommodating! Very safe, clean, beautiful and private. Highly recommend!

Perfect & quiet location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this villa. Very quiet location and only takes a few minutes to walk to the City center, with lots of restaurants etc only a couple of minutes away. Literally a 90 second walk to the beach! A perfect and comfortable base for our visit to Sayulita.

A quiet property in Sayulita

My partner and I arrived and found the entry procedures to be clear. We entered our unit and found it to be as listed in the photos of the property. The property was a bit of a walk from downtown, but we appreciated the quiet that the distance provided. It was also a very quick walk to the beach. Our overall impression was that with a few minor investments, like improved kitchen utensils, a more stable eating table, and a comfortable mattress, this could be a great vacation property. One word of warning, the stairs around the property are very unsteady and not well-lit. There are motion lights that come on but they are not adjusted properly and come on after you've already stumbled over a misplaced step. A flashlight and a sure footing are necessary.

Quiet Location - Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed the shaded balcony; it stayed cool most of the day. The room was amazingly quiet with all the doors and windows shut we couldn't hear the Chachalacas (really loud big birds) and an all-day crowing rooster. The pool was very nice. The rock stairs leading up into our room while very pretty are a little uneven, but we didn't have any issues with them. The bathroom was very nice and is just as pictured, I liked the black washcloths provided for removing sunscreen and makeup. The kitchenette on the balcony was just as pictured. The coffee maker was a small one, but we just made multiple pots. The pots & pans were in good condition, and we did make breakfast a few days. The closet was nice sized. The mini fridge little freezer compartment did freeze ice and there were ice cube trays. They provided a small cooler if you want to pick up some ice from the local store. We did do that one day so that we could make slushie drinks with the included blender. Drinking water was also provided in a water dispenser. We went through the original jug and received another one. The bed was quite hard which my husband loved but me not so much - but I expect hard beds in Mexico. I absolutely loved the bedspread; it was the perfect weight for the climate. The new Air Conditioner feature (sensors to keep it running)was explained well and I understand the need of it. The walk to the beach was quick - we did not utilize any of the provided beach accessories, but they were available. We really didn't have any issues, but we did have a few questions/requests and they were addressed very quickly.

Idyllic and Beautiful

This is a really special place. Our casita was perfect with a patio from where we could enjoy the amazing landscaping, and birds, with our morning coffee, and read or make little meals in the kitchenette. A short walk takes you to fruit and veggie stands, grocery stores nearby where we found all we needed. A quick walk, it is true only 3 minutes ,and you are at the beach, and/or restaurants. So happy we stayed here.

Safe, secure, comfortable

Great location only steps away from awesome food, beach, massage. Quiet end of town. Safe and secure. If I were travelling alone I would totally stay here. Hope to be back next year.
