Lovely cottage in beautiful countryside about 15 t0 20minutes from Scarborough.
Lovely cottage in beautiful countryside about 15 t0 20minutes from Scarborough. No immediate shops. 10 to 15mins away in Scalby (basics) or East Ayton. ( chippie there too).Very limited space. Suited us ( 2 and a dog) but wouldnt recommend for more! Kitchen is tiny with limited work space and dining table only seats 2 in reality. Stair gates for our dog really welcome as was the wine bics and beer!Great walks nearby and all the east coast to visit! My advice is if you like to cook take a few basics (oil, kitchen roll, foil ) needs a new non stick frying pan and a wooden or silicone spoon! Also a salad bowel and servers. Having said all that we think its well priced for the loction and size!Dog loved the garden though very small but secure!Nearest pub is the Plough ( top end expensive!) We self catered!Shop before you go and enjoy the lovely spot!!
