Der Zugang zum Objekt ist sehr steil, einige Gehwegplatten wackeln.Ein Restaurant mit sehr leckerer Küche befindet sich hinter dem Objekt, dies ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, läd aber zum sonnen auf der Terrasse ein. Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro war super.
