Welcome to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex in Scharbeutz.

This modern 2.5-room apartment is centrally located in Scharbeutz. The town center, with its many cafes, restaurants, and shopping options, is right on your doorstep, as is the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.

The apartment is located on the first floor, offers 45 m² of space for 3 people, and is easily accessible by elevator. The bright and modern living area is furnished with a cozy corner couch, a TV, and a dining table for four people. From here, you can step out onto the balcony overlooking the spa gardens.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a spacious closet and another TV. From here, you can also access the balcony. The children’s bedroom features a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m).

A bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the amenities.

A parking space next to the house and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric vehicle charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging via QR code is available directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent by email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
Coin-operated washer and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee.
One dog is welcome! This is a non-smoking apartment.

There is a swimming pool on the first floor (closed from Dec. 1–Dec. 15 due to maintenance work) as well as an infrared sauna
In addition, you’ll find a fitness room in the basement with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and the fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.



This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw from the fine-sand, spacious beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent beach.
On the first floor, you’ll find a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
In addition, you’ll find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a barrier. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
